CONCEPT BOARD
EFI’s concept evolves from the necessity to develop and promote environmentally conscious products . EFI will create opportunities for entrepreneurs who are supporting Public Interest Design. They are interested in the whole-culture of public health. They seek and create fund environmentally sustainable materials and products. The headquarters for EFI will act as a benchmark for the research and development of ecological thinking pertaining to interior environments. Concept statement: To create an environment that explores the hotel experience through virtual amenities.
NORTH EXTERIOR VIEW
VEotel is a concept hotel where virtual environments are explored within. By utilizing branded technology from exploratory firms, VEotel will be a destination boutique for families and business minded people alike. The individual room environment will be tailored toward the guests requests. The restaurant will be thought of as a living entity transforming the dining experience into an ephemeral meeting place.

People will come to VEotel to escape and explore destinations not yet traveled, as well as, create places they might want to travel to. VEotel will be both progressive and customer-centric. Its thoughtful and innovative designs will encourage guests to stay connected with VEotel’s environment.
