carrot bowtie pasta 12 oz bowtie pasta 1 pckg. bonelEss chicken 1 can or cups of carrots 2 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy whipping cream salt to taste pepper to taste garlic powder to taste
in a large saucepan, cook chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano. meanwhile, cook pasta & carrots separately. once chicken is cooked, add in heavy whipping cream & heat until thick. combine chicken & sauce in a large bowl with pasta & carrots. Enjoy!

broccoli pasta 8 oz shells pasta 3 cups broccoli florets 3 tBSP olive oil 1 pckg boneless chicken 1/8 teaspoon chili powder

salt & Pepper to taste 1 cup skim milk 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cook pasta & broccoli in separate pots. in a large skillet Add chicken & season with salt & pepper. in a bowl, whisk together the milk, chicken broth, flour, salt, pepper, & chili powder. add the milk mixture to the chicken. When thickened, add cheese & mix. Combine cooked ingredients & enjoy!
shrimp pasta 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tBSP brown sugar 2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 pound shrimp 8oz penne salt & pepper to taste 1 green onion, thinly sliced
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. In another bowl, combine shrimp and olive oil mixture; marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta. in a pan, Cook shrimp and sauce mixture. Add pasta and serve!

sausage pasta 1 tBSP olive oil 14-16 oz cooked sausage 1/2 cup diced onion 1(12 oz) pckg vegEtable medley 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup milk 8 oz dry penne salt and pepper chopped parsley
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the sausage & onion & cook until browned & softened. Add in the Vegetables, chicken broth & milk, then stir in the penne. Cover until the pasta is done. Stir & season to taste with salt & pepper. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese & parsley.
beef macaroni 1 lb lean ground beef 1 onion, diced 1 cup chicken broth 2 cups milk 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups macaroni noodles 1 tBSP cornstarch 1 tSP garlic powder And sugar 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tsp paprika
n a bowl mix cornstarch, garlic powder, sugar, pepper & paprika. Brown ground beef & onion in a pan. Drain any fat. Add milk, broth & macaroni to beef. Stir in cornstarch & spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer covered until noodles are cooked. Remove from heat & stir in cheese. Enjoy!

lemon chicken pasta 1 pckg boneless chicken 16 oz penne pasta 1/2 stick butter 1-2 whole lemons 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

3/4 cups whipping cream 1/4 cup Half & Half 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta & chicken. set them both aside. In same pot, melt butter. Squeeze in lemon juice, then Pour in half & half & cream. Dump in cheese & whisk until melted. Add salt & pepper to taste, then basil. add hot pasta water to reach your desired thickness. combine all ingredients & enjoy!
chicken salad 3 cooked chicken breasts 3/4 cup celery 2 green onions, chopped 1/2 cup grapes, halved black pepper, to taste
3/4 cup cranberries 3/4 cup Mayo 2 TBSP coleslaw dressing 1 tSP each- paprika & salt
Simply mix everything together. Chill for at least one hour before serving. It tastes much better if allowed to chill overnight. Serve on toasted bread, croissants, or lettuce leaves.

ranch chicken 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tsp garlic powder 1 Hidden Valley Ranch速 Seasoning

5 tbsp butter, divided 6 boneless chicken breasts
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a bowl. In another bowl, combine Panko, cheese, garlic powder, & seasoning Mix. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in breading mixture to coat.Melt remaining butter in a frying pan & place breaded chicken into pan. Cook until golden brown.
apricot chicken 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp canola oil 3 tbsp apricot preserves
4 teaspoons honey 2 tbsp orange juice
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 7-9 minutes on each side. Combine the preserves, orange juice and honey; pour over chicken. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.

orange chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cornstarch

2 tbsp water 1 tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch & water. Add the chicken & stir to coat. meanwhile, Mix together oil, orange juice & bbq sauce. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. add the chicken & Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Add the sauce to the chicken & cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring until sauce is thick. .
fish tacos 4 pieces of tilapia i tomato 2/3 cup jalapenos 1/2 onion salt & pepper to taste
corn tortillas red cabbage for topping avocado for topping garlic powder to taste
IN a skillet, cook fish with oil until done. With a fork, break fish up in to small pieces. Add the chopped tomato, jalapenos, onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste. Cook until well mixed. Serve in corn tortillas with avocado & cabbage on top.

pesto shrimp skewers 1/2 cup basil, packed 1 small clove garlic 1 tBSP pine nuts, toasted 2 tBSP parmesean, grated

2 TBSP olive oil 1 tBSP lemon juice salt & pepper to taste 1 pound shrimp
Pulse the basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan, oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth. Marinate the shrimp in the pesto for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until cooked. enjoy!
beef and broccoli 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup chicken Broth 1/4 cup honey 2 tBSP rice wine vinegar 1/4 tSP red pepper flakes
2 tBSP brown sugar 3 cloves garlic 1 tBSP sesame oil 1 tBSP cornstarch 1 head broccoli
1 tSP Sriracha 1 tSP ground ginger 1 tSP olive oil 1 pound flank steak
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chicken stock, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, Sriracha, ginger, red pepper flakes & 1/4 cup water. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add steak & cook until browned. Stir in broccoli & soy sauce mixture until tender & slightly thickened, Enjoy!

In a bowl mix cornstarch, broth & soy sauce until smooth. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add Steak strips & cook until slightly pink. Add peppers & onions & saute all together for 2 minutes. Stir in garlic & seasoned broth mix. Bring to a boil & cook until thickened. Sprinkle liberally with Pepper. ENjoy!
desserts
dump cake 1 can cherry pie filling 1 stick of butter 1 can crushed pineapple non-stick dish 1 box yellow cake mix

heat oven to 375. put cherry pie filling on bottom of dish, then add the pineapple. dump the box of yellow cake mix on top and smooth until even. cut up stick of butter and place on top of mix evenly. bake for around 20-25mins.
peanut butter cookies 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1 cup sugar heat the oven to 350. Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl. Roll into small balls, place on a cookie sheet. Then smash them down. you can create a simple criss-cross pattern with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

no bake cookies 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 cup peanut butter 1 stick butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups oatmeal In a saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.Let boil for 1 minute, then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal Drop mixture by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet. let cool and enjoy.

blueberry muffins 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons baking powder 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg about 1/3 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the 1/3 cup oil, the egg and then milk. Carefully fold blueberries into mix and spoon into muffin cups and bake 23-25mins.

oreo cake 1 package Oreos 1/2 stick butter 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup sugar

1 pckg. vanilla instant pudding 8 oz. Cool Whip 3 cups milk
Crush Oreos in a 9x13 pan (save a few for topping). Melt butter and pour over Oreos. Mix together pudding mix, milk, cream cheese, and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over Oreos. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top. Chill before serving.

classic margarita 1 1/2 oz Tequila 1/2 oz Triple Sec 1 oz Lemon Juice
Salt for rim Lime for garnish
Shake with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass and serve in a margarita glass. for frozen, put in blender with ice and blend until slushy.

amaretto sour 1 1/2 oz Amaretto 3/4 oz lemon juice orange for garnish Shake with ice and strain into a chilled sour glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

pour vodka and lime juice into a copper mug. add ice cubes and fill with ginger beer until full. drop lime wedge into mug for garnish.

combine the ingredients over ice in a highball glass. add the cola for color. garnish with a slice of lime

mix in a highball gLass with ice and stir. garnish with a wedge of lime.

joe collins 1 oz scotch 2 oz sour mix cola pour scotch and sweet & sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. fill with cola and stir lightly. garnish with a cherry.

pour vodka and lime juice into glass with ice cubes. stir well. add soda and stir. add lime for garnish.

pour ingredients into glass with ice. stir well. garnish with lime slices.

Orange juice pineapple juice orange slice
shake amaretto and jack daniel’s with ice and strain into an iced highball glass. add equal parts pineapple and orange juice, then splash with cherry syrup for color. garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
