A SEASON TO BE grateful
As we get ready to step into the fall season, we naturally transition into a time of harvest.
The harvesting of crops, the gathering of the abundance that has been grown, the time to enjoy the fruits of hard work and labor, and the time to take a seat around the table with loved ones to enjoy all the goodness that has been created. What a beautiful picture of God’s provision and grace, as He supplies the sunshine, the soil, the water… and then steps back and smiles as we revel in the gifts He has created for us to enjoy.
This season, we invite you to join us in tilling our hearts into a soil prepared to take in the rich goodness all around us. We want to slow down enough to notice the miracles around us, big and small. We long to lean into our people, and be present with them- recognizing them for their unique qualities and joy that they add to our lives. Let’s allow this season to slow to a pace of noticing, of taking it all in, and of intentionally naming our blessings. Join us in this season of gratitude, as we fill our homes and hearts with reminders of God’s goodness and the chance we have to abide in it every single day.
The Gratitude Collection attempts to take you on a visual- and literal- journey, of counting our blessings and appreciating the beauty of the autumn season around us. Featuring fresh, stunning art pieces by both Anee Shah and Katie Garrison, along with words to remind us of the everyday miracles and goodness in our lives, we hope this collection helps you fill your home with simple reminders to stop and recount the big and small things that add joy to our everyday lives.

Katie Garrison Anee Shah
Katie is a landscape artist based in colorful Colorado, creating impressionist landscape paintings for mountain dwellers and lovers of all things wild and woodland. She has been a lifelong nature lover and is inspired by the varied and ever-changing landscape of the Rocky Mountains. She spends as much time as possible exploring every inch of her home state—from snow-capped mountains to grass-covered plains. All artwork is hand-painted by Katie in her home studio.
Anee Shah is a scientist turned artist who left a decade long corporate job to pursue her creative path and take care of her two littles. Inspired by the feeling of being home, she creates art for cozy homes and homebodies. A painter of florals and landscapes, she hopes that her art evokes a sense of calm and fond memories of the simpler days.
She has a love for slow mornings with the smell of coffee, afternoon naps, good food and a life peppered with humor and sarcasm. She lives in Boston with her husband and two kids.
