SMOKED GOUDA
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
16 ounces smoked gouda, shredded, divided
1poundbacon,cookedand chopped(seenotes),divided 3scallions,chopped,divided Freshlygroundblackpepper totaste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds or until softened and easy to stir Then, add the mayo and sour cream and whisk until smooth. The mixture should be creamy but not liquidy.
Reserve 1/3 cup of the shredded cheese, 1/4 cup of the chopped bacon and 2 tablespoons of the chopped scallions for later. Add the remaining cheese, bacon, scallions and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine
Transfer the dip to a oven proof dish, sprinkle with the reserved cheese and bacon and bake for 30 minutes OR until golden brown and bubbly
When out of the oven, sprinkle with the reserved scallions.
Serve immediately!

HOT CHOCOLATE DIP
Ingredients:
7.5ouncesmarshmallow fluff
8ouncesCoolWhipthawed
1/3cuphotchocolatemix
3.85-ouncepackets
Toserve:Animalcrackersor grahamcrackers Forgarnish:mini marshmallows
Directions:
1. Using a hand mixer in a large bowl, blend together the marshmallow fluff, cool whip, and hot chocolate dip until creamy .
2. Serve with animal or graham crackers!
MAPLE PECAN BAKED BRIE
Ingredients:
18ounceroundbriecheese
2tablespoonsmaplesyrup
2tablespoonsbrownsugar
½teaspooncinnamon
½cupchoppedpecans
slicedbaguette,graham crackers,appleslices(for serving)
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Place brie on a small baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes or until softened. Remove and let cool for about 5 minutes.
3.While the brie cools, heat maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon over low heat in a small saucepan. Stir until the sugar has dissolved; stir in pecans.
4.Pour over the brie and serve immediately.

½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Beatcreamcheeseandbutterinamedium bowlwithanelectricmixeruntilsmooth.
Mixinconfectioners'sugar,brownsugar,and vanilla.
Stirinchocolatechips.Coverandchillinthe refrigeratorfor2hours.
Shapechilledcreamcheesemixtureintoaball. Wrapwithplasticwrapandreturntothe refrigeratorfor1hour.

WARM CHIP DIP
Ingredients:
1lbhamburgerbrowned
1/4cupfinechoppedonions
1/4cupgreenpeppers
1teaspoontacoseasoning
1pintsalsa
1canofSalsaconqueso 5slicesofvelvetacheese
18ozcreamcheese
1Choppedjalapeño (optional)
Directions:
Brown hamburger in 10 inch skillet, add chopped onions & peppers Sprinkle with taco seasoning
Add salsa, queso, cream cheese and velveeta.
Turn on low heat and melt cheese. A great dish to keep warm in crock pot and snack on. Serve with tortilla chips

Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce packages) of cream cheese, softened 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked till crispy and crumbled (you can use the precooked bacon too)
4-6 Jalapeno's, chopped & seeds removed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cut mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup diced green onion
1 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream or Greek yogurt)
TOPPING
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of butter melted
