The final product of the design program – is a scenario transmitted into the GIS diagrams that includes the recommended percentage of functions for each of the planning units, recommended spatial format and the urban typology described in classes, ultimately determines the urban environments for each fragment of the territory.

Key design instrument is the instrument of analysis of the potential intensity of spatial distribution of various functional use of the territory.

This instrument visualized in Grasshopper algorithm also includes the possibility to manage functions by introduction of the "development nodes" that influence the intensity and spatial distribution of functions, traced by analytical instrument. “Development nodes� in this project were the set of special projects like IT park, sport-city, shopping mall, and expo.

The urban model project proposes is able to adapt itself to the size of project initiatives, the uneven urban development, and different conditions of the redevelopment of the area.

The urban model proposes the development within system of self-sufficient urban clusters which are able to operate in semi-autonomous mode. Also in further development urban clusters cooperates to the larger infrastructural network, which allows even more efficient use of resources.
