The central recessed element is inspired by an engineered invention of Electra Bicycles, which will be the pre-dominant merchandise sold here. The Electra Bicycle co. adjusted the traditional cruiser ergonomics to make every ride as comfortable as possible. The key is an elegant upright riding position combined with the right amount of forward pedaling and ergonomic swept-back handlebars. The central element carries the inspiration through it’s dynamic angle and void logo cut-outs that allow for illumination from the fluorescent light fixtures above.

COLORED GLASS

Section I. Free-standing double story high partition is made of blue, red, and sepia colored glass panels inset within a raw metal frame. Blue symbolizing sky, outdoors and having a calming effect is contrasted with rich red which symbolizes energy, strength and passion. Sepia being a brown with tinge of red resembles earthiness and olden times being a tone of antique photographs. Glass may have imprinted images of old cruiser bikes or various bicycle parts to support the store image.
