Rooftops on 2 stories can serve several living conditions and habits while collecting stormwater and storing municipal water.
Common outdoor spaces would gather people in the shade of planted trees to chit-chat, play, and rest.
A large ground area is provided in each designated major waste collection node for waste trucks.
Commercial spaces are designed to provide for a considerable exterior for sellers and create an inviting commercial corridor
UVA Democracy Center SPRING2019
A visionary design for the development of an academic complex on the Grounds of the University of Virginia. This particular project would house several spaces to house the existing Democracy Initiative and serve as a gateway to the new University developments to the south.

Rising Families
SummerTransferProgram2018 Charlottesville, Virginia is a city whose focal point is the University of Virginia, which serves as a characteristic element of its identity. This identity creates a natural void of family-friendly housing arond the area. This design proposes creating a manifestation of the suburb within that urban environment with vast green spaces existing within tiers of common circulation, both creating a “vertical suburb in the city.
