Presidents Letter Hola hola Key Clubbers! Summer is slowly coming to an end for those going back to KM while running start students are chilling. Hopefully you guys haven't been bored this summer but if you are then don't worry because we're all going to be busy once the school especially with concessions! I can’t wait to meet the incoming freshmen and just new Key Clubbers in general! Speaking of new Key Clubbers, our summer bonding is coming up and if you know any incoming freshmen then you should invite them and their friends! It would just be a good opportunity for them and you to meet each other. It will be a potluck at Lake Meridian on Saturday, August 18th from 11AM 4PM. Come thru and invite friends from other clubs, divisions, or non key clubbers! You don't need to be a Key Clubber to attend the bonding. ANNOUNCEMENT: I should bring this up before others ask about when our meetings will be since KSD has changed every Wednesday to be a half day and just have a new schedule. Our meetings will now take place on THURSDAYS. We will still meet in at the East Wing Auditorium but our meetings are now being held on Thursdays. If anything changes then there will be another announcement from me of any of the officers. If you have any questions, comments of concerns feel free to message me or any officer! Thank you for reading another one of Kayla's amazing and aesthetically pleasing newsletters! In love and service, Madam Prez of Kent-Meridian Key Club Lexie Lam 3

Month in Review: July 2017 6

Hello Key Clubbers! I hope your summer break is going great so far! Here's a recap of what happened in the month of July! At the beginning of the month, there was a service opportunity at the Pacific Raceways. Later on near the month, there was Seattle Rally! I wasn't able to go due to being in the Philippines during that time but I heard from a lot of you that it was really fun! Also a big shoutout to SNJ for performing at the talent show, representing Division 32, KentMeridian and also Kentlake! That's all for the month of July! Be sure to stay Key-nected because we still have some things planned for the month of August, such as our club bonding, which will be on August 18th so you should come đ&#x;™‚.

In Love and Service, Elijah Suarez 7
