In Search of Animals with James Bruneau - 2006

In Search of Animals Join young wildlife correspondent, James Bruneau as he shares postcards from his 2006 adventures in his latest book IN SEARCH OF ANIMALS. While on his quest, James journeyed thousands of miles on land, by sea and in the air to seek wild animals from 11 cities and 7 zoos. "It's hard work," said James. "But I really love it!" When not traveling, you can find James building a zoo, assembling a circus or forming an animal train in the middle of his family room. He also enjoys watching “Animal Planet,” reading “ZooBooks” magazine, singing along to the “Lion King” soundtrack and hanging with friends. James’ winning personality and camera-friendly good looks, led editors to choose him to appear in the “Our Towns” section of the local newspaper twice this year - cruising the streets in his 12-volt Ford Mustang (cover) and posing with this year's American Fido (p. 32). A student at Penfield Village Nursery School, 4 year-old James lives with his Mom Kris, Dad Rob and dog-sister Ruby.

Orlando, FL – Disney’s Animal Kingdom "Yes!" I cried out, as Dad pulled into Animal Kingdom. "We made it baby!" Thus, our safari adventure began. Along the way, I spotted endangered black rhinos, swimming hippos, fierce crocodiles and gorgeous elephants. It was great!
