How do I perform exercises, and for how long? What muscle groups should I target, and how? How can I work with common breed characteristics to the benefit of my event horse? How do I keep track of progress?

Additional Features: Voice and touch activated stopwatch to measure length of work out and individual exercises Digital odometer to measure speed of horse Hands free mode: application verbally guides rider through exercises; receives voice commands for total hands free control

Breakdown of Key Components Custom Horse Profiles: iRide will create up to 5 individual, Custom Horse Profiles based on information from the user regarding the horse’s age, breed, current fitness and training levels, desired level of conditioning as well as number of rides per week. Based on this information, iRide creates a custom conditioning regimen, recommending exercises to build the best event horse possible. Condition Tracker: iRide analyzes and interprets the data collected from each Custom Horse Profile, and displays data into easy to understand information and graphs. Graphs convey data such as number of conditioning sessions per week, distance traveled per ride, approximate calories consumed in each session, average speed of walk/trot/canter, etc. iRide shows a clear progression through numbers, allowing riders to improve more rapidly and to target other areas still needing attention.

Build a Session: Want a quick schooling session? Build a Session. Search through exercises based on time, difficulty, or targeted muscle groups. Use the intuitive Target Specific Muscle Groups Feature: Target Specific Muscle Groups: Intuitive maps allow the user to target specific areas of the horse’s body needing improvement. An easy to use search feature is also available, allowing users to search through hundreds of exercises. Exercises can be added to current Custom Horse Profiles or created to form new sessions.

Amy is excited and has some experience, however, Amy needs direction to keep her and her horse safe so she can be as successful as possible. A friend tells her about her success with iRide. Amy decides to take a chance and download iRide on her smart phone. She begins by entering the information for her user profile, and starts by doing the recommended exercises. Within a few weeks, Amy can see a difference in the condition of her horse. The horse is looking more fit and has more energy. Amy’s trainer learns about Amy’s app, downloads it, and recommends exercises for Amy to do at home. Together, they are able to track Amy’s progress by keeping a close eye on the condition tracking. Amy uses the Target Specific Muscle Group option to target problem areas she sees in the Condition Tracker’s graph information. Amy’s trainer helps her by recommending exercises to do for homework.
