CANCELLATIONS
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the spa, so that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes. If you have any special needs or concerns, please let us know. As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment two days in advance. For packages and spa services, we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service(s) may be modified to maximize the remaining time without compromising the next appointment.
A credit card or gift card guarantee is required for all packages and spa services. To ensure we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a 24-hour notice of cancellation, your card on file will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
GIFT CARDS Essentiels gift cards come elegantly wrapped and are perfect for all occasions. Available in the amount of your choice, gift cards may be used for any service or product. Gift Cards can be purchased in spa or online at EdaySpas.com. Essentiels also features many luxurious hair and skincare products, cosmetics, fragrances, and other accessories in its full service boutique.
