A membership recruitment portal that enables the complete relationship management of potential new customers and users of the grounds facilities.

LASER & LENS Working with one of the largest providers of eye care to gain a strong foot hold in emerging treatment methods, we devised the brand, the look and saw it through to its on line ID. Built with a complete backend CMS laser and lens is an encyclopedia of eye knowledge and is easily updated. SEO methods and techniques have been deployed throughout the build of the site to maximise its natural rankings.

HIGHFIELD DENTAL CLINIC Highfield wanted a purpose built referral system that was easy to operate and would enable any number of practitioners to track the treatments received by their patients. We built a stand alone system, privately hosted with the flexibility to grow to meet future demands. A sophisticated backend database structure is presented to the user in a way that is as simple to administer as a click of a mouse.

But now let us take you right back to understand how we got there. Our work with Hush Puppies has been about continuing to talk to their existing customers, while attracting a new, younger crowd through brand shifting and a move to a digital world.

The UK Hush site was built with our CMS. It intergrates with the US site and enables an administrator to take stock counts.

We had to be careful. It wasn’t all bells and whistles to begin with as we had to get in to the heads of their customers, work out what they wanted to hear, and then find the means and media to grab people by the collars and get them listening. SEX SELLS “A client like Ann Summers gets inundated with offers to help with their promotions. I wonder why! So they decided to take a different tact and run a campaign where each quarter a new viral brief is released for agencies to pitch. Cowan Group beat 39 other agencies to the Sex and The City themed viral. With just two weeks from selection to live launch on Handbag.com, we had to finish the script, find the actors, scour for a location, get the crew together, license the music, hunt down the relevant props, hire an editor, and re-hire a model after the first one pulled out with cold feet – but that was OK as we had a whole day before the shoot to find a new one!!!

The result matched perfectly with Ann Summers’ brand; sexy and cheeky, but with the women being strong and always getting the upper hand.
