ROAD RUNNER
...Road Runner?
No more. Once restless and happy I left undiscovered no pebbled roads no speedy highway beep-beep I sang beep-beep beep-beep
Now struggling towards a dark void with every stroke of memory erased, all I can hear, breaking this stark silence is a feeble beep... beep... beep... beep...
DRUPES
I shared small cherries, red blackish, ripe, juicy, with your lips frozen in a bronze silence, amongst millions unaware of us, that cursed Spring with Autumn’s colours, the cool air, the menacing sky now those memories are filled with a hard stone, drupes strolling away.
