Chris’ Vows Jessica, my best friend, my rock, the person I without a doubt want to spend the rest of my life with. You’re ever ything I have ever dreamed of and ever ything I will ever need. From your beauty that shines inside and out; beautiful eyes, gorgeous smile and sweet soul. You make me a better person when I am with you, and I love you so dearly for that. Now I wish I could say it was love at first sight, but you were only 14 and I was 17 and just one of your big sisters’ friends. But 3 years ago when we had grown up, it only took me 2 weeks to fall in love with you, even though you were the first one to say it. I was leaving for work one morning, as I drove up the driveway I said to myself I’ve already fallen in love with this girl. It wasn’t long after that I was thinking of doing exactly what we are doing now, getting married. You have made me the happiest man in the world today. I promise to love and care for you. I will always be forgiving, honest, loving and kind. I promise to make you your morning coffee for the rest of our lives. But most of all, I promise to be a true and loyal friend to you. I love you. Together, we have been through many trials and tribulations. We have suffered loss, had hear taches and adversity but no matter what life has thrown at us, we have got through it together. I remember saying to you, if we can get through this, we can get through anything. And here we are today. With this ring, I promise you will never have to face this world alone. I will grow old with you, and with you by my side I will never stop growing with you. Through good times and hard times, sickness and in health, I will always be by your side. I will love you for the rest of my life and then some more.
Jessica’s Vows Chris, you came into my life at exactly the right time: when I wasn’t ready, and yet, when I needed your love the most. You were by my side through my hardest chapter yet. Something not many people will understand how you did it, and what it means to me. From that moment I knew, you were the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I cannot promise perfection, nor can I promise I won’t watch our show without you…. but I will promise that even when life gets difficult, I will be the person that routes for you when nobody else does, to laugh with you, explore with you, challenge you and encourage you to achieve whatever it is your hear t desires. I love you deeply for all that you are. You are my best friend, kind beyond measure, and have the most adorable dorky personality.
