Danielle’s vows Benjamin Paul Wyness. I am honoured to be here today in front of our family and friends to make this vow and to become your wife. From these incredible nearly four years together, I already know that our marriage will be the type I’ve always hoped to have. It’ll be fun and bursting with love, it’ll be full of adventure and trouble, it’ll be still, it’ll be busy, and it will be surrounded by family and people who love and suppor t us.
Today, I make a promise to always love you, even during rugby season. To kiss you before we star t the day and after we end it. To never keep score, even when I’m clearly winning. To not get so angr y ever y time you pass wind. To only buy one new pair of shoes a month. But more impor tantly, today I promise to lend you strength for all of your dreams. Give me your bad days, your injuries and lost wallet. Give me your ever yday, and I will give you my love to make it alright. Because through our marriage we can accomplish more than I ever could alone.
I know there will be times throughout our marriage when we will question whether what we are doing is right and times that will test us. But my sincere promise to you today is this: I will love you through it all no matter what. When we’re having fun and when we’re not. When life is at its absolute best and its worst, when I am proud of you and when I’m disappointed in you, in health in sickness, in broken bones, richer and poorer and all the moments in between, I will be right by your side, and I will always choose to love you.
Thank you for being the calm to my panic, the cool to my hot and the slow to my fast even if you move at a snail’s pace sometimes. Thank you for reminding me that whenever things feel like they’re going wrong it will still be our greatest adventure. Thank you for singing countr y music in the shower (or anywhere for that matter), and for being my ver y own live-in handyman, but above all else, thank you for making me happy. Thank you for being my first love and for making me feel so safe and content in that love that I have no doubt about our future.
Today you will become my family. Bound not by DNA, but rather the family I choose. And ever y day, I will choose you. There is no place I’d rather be than by your side today. I love you Ben, and I promise to be the best wife I can be today, tomorrow and forever.
Benjamin’s vows Danielle, my darling. You are my best friend and the love of my life. Since you walked into my life you have brought new meaning to the words love & happiness. I love sharing all the good times we have together and there’s no one else I’d rather face the tough times with. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you.
The home we have created together, our little fur baby Maggie May and the love and suppor t of both our families really makes me feel like the luckiest man alive. I love your smile, your laugh and yes even your sarcasm. I love and cherish ever y memor y we have made and ever y smooch after ever y rugby game especially the ones where I walk off on both feet. Thank you for always making me smile and for laughing at my brilliant dad jokes.
Here today in front of our dearest family and friends I promise to always be beside you through whatever life throws our way. To encourage you to chase your goals, to provide a loving, suppor tive environment for you to thrive and most impor tantly to feed you when you are hungr y. I will endeavour to always have chip n dip on hand or nearby.
