Give R E A D BY TO BY O ’ SU L L IVA N Some folks grasp at riches, others share a crust Some will steal a mans good name, while others give their trust Theres a law of nature, a key to golden stores Take and you’ll be poorer, give and all is yours. Hold out your hand to a stranger, offer your hear t for a friend Offer your best, if its only a smile Life without giving is never wor th while Only a miser is foolish, hoarding his treasures in vain Give, if its only a hand shake Give, with all heaven to gain

Lucy’s Vows Henr y. Wow, I can’t believe that we are here today, especially because I’m not sure I actually said yes when you proposed, I just put the ring on and planned a wedding. But it is yes, it’s yes a thousand times over. Having known you for over half of our lives, I have watched you grow into the most incredible person who has achieved so much already. Your so generous, kind, hard working and loyal, and I’m so proud of you. Thank you for being my first love, my par tner for life, my soulmate. For making me laugh ever yday, even when I don’t want to. For knowing me better than I know myself. For never doubting me and always agreeing when I think I’m right. For telling me I’m beautiful ever yday. For always greeting me with your cheeky smile. For making me happier than I ever thought possible and for making me feel so loved. Thank you for being you. I promise to be there for all the things life has in store for us. I promise to love you, suppor t you, celebrate with you and hold you up when you need it. At the end of ever y day. The best days and the worst days. I will be there with you. Ever yday I wake up so grateful and happy that it’s you. You are my best friend and I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together. Hen, I loved you then, I love you now, I’ll love you forever.

Henry’s Vows Lucy …. When I first met you, in 2006, on an awkward walk to McDonalds after school. I remember standing outside the boarding house afterwards saying to myself “I’m going to go out with this girl one day.” Which looking back - for a shy, curly headed, 14 year old kid from the countr y was a pretty bold statement. But standing here 15 years later, I guess my instincts were pretty good after all. As now I’m here, telling you that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Thank you for being the most caring, loving and wonderful person. You inspire me to be a better man ever yday. And thank you for being the best mum to Mitsy. It’s fair to say her and I would be completely lost without you. I promise to always be there for you. Suppor ting and loving you through the good times and bad, the ups and downs, and ever ything in between. You are my rock. Your are the love of my life. You are my WHY for ever ything I do. I loved you then. I love you now. And I’ll love you forever

Nana Kath’s advice “I personally do not drink,” “But I do think men must mix with their mates and share their company. “Men need a lot of looking after, their clothing for work and going out always needs to be presentable. All impor tant letters or messages need to be filed where they can easily be located - under their noses! “You must be prepared to say you are sorr y and also that you love each other often. “Love is a great thing … it never-never dies but grows more as each day goes by. “Treasure each other, respect each other and love each other because you are both so precious.”
