The architects designed this natural house with comfortable living areas and integrated work space overlooking the area's claim to fame - the water, and woods. As an ode to these surroundings, this slope house plan invites the outdoors in, not only through the views but through an earthy palette of materials like natural mahogany wood and a curved zinc rooftop, and imported Italian marble Elevation

A wall of glass doors blurs the boundary between indoors and out. The overarching roofline continues inside, with an earthy underbelly of warm, natural wood. We love the transition from outside in - from raw timber to refined.

fresh & fast barn

American restaurant Every single thing has two sides, positive and negative. The main goal is to enlarge the positive side and minimize the other. As a designer, every opportunity to solve a design problem requires creating harmony and balance between the positive and negative. Once a restaurant formulates business plans and identifies their personal brand, a series of conflicts may arise. One potential conflict is between the value of food service and the production of revenue, sourcing potential clients and income gap.

The building is located in the township of Dearborn, MI. Dearborn is a big city with a small-town feel. This area boasts numerous facilities that put the focus on health and well-being. Dearborn also enjoys a high cultural reputation and touts Ford’s history. These add to the rich culture of this city. Meanwhile, the neighboring cities have a large number of students, families and professionals as potential clients for the restaurant.

Design Goal This project is to open an American food restaurant as a social place associated with aesthetic elements design which located in Dearborn Township MI. “FRESH and Fast ” is the concept of this restaurant’s food offerings. For the food value, It is highly identified to be a core mission that is to be responsible with farm as the supply partners to aspire business everyday.

Color Green color is inspired by farm concept which means healthy and fresh.

To create a quality life which is incorporated with fancy issues and healthy habits by restaurant branding experience, in the daily time. Core vale is to meet the mission that is to be responsible with farm as the supply partners to aspire business everyday.

Interior design concept Homey is another main consideration on design performance. Because of the association with ‘ h o m e ’, t h i s “ h o u s e ” exudes the effect of warmth and hominess, the interior for this restaurant twill be comfortable and u n - a s s u m i n g by u s i n g more natural color, light green and natural wood, which would likes a farm barn. Addtionally, based o n w o r d “ f r e s h ”, t h e material will be simple that will also reflect that homey feeling.
