STATEMENT OF CLARITY

By submitting a song(s), you attest to all of the following:

A. The information entered in Section is correct.

B. I understand that I must register for the Michigan/Ontario Mass Choir in order to submit a song.

C. I understand that songs must be submitted by November 18, 2014.

D. I understand that, if selected, the production staff for the Michigan/Ontario Centennial Worship Experience reserves the right to adjust or arrange my musical piece, as they deem necessary.

E. I understand that, if selected, the production staff for the Michigan/Ontario Centennial Worship Experience reserves the right to utilize its staff of musicians and soloists as they deem necessary F. I understand I will be notified of the determination by November 25, 2014.

GUIDELINES

The Michigan/Ontario COGIC Centennial Worship Experience Production Team is looking for anthems, contemporary and traditional songs. Thank you for your participation in this once in a lifetime occasion!

• Song submissions must comply with the following guidelines • Original songs or arrangements of public domain songs ONLY will be accepted • Song harmony and/or unison parts must be clear and concise • Song must be copyrighted (proof of copyright number is necessary) • Songwriter is responsible for registering his/her song with BMI, Ascap, Sesac, or other music distribution companies as this will be the songwriters only opportunity for compensation • Song must be God focused and have Scriptural foundation • Songwriter must be registered with the Michigan/Ontario Mass Choir
