ALL SITE PREPARATION FOR BUILDING FOUNDATION, PORCHES, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, OTHER FLATWORK, WALLS, AND FENCES SHALL PROMOTE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM BUILDING FOUNDATION.
