In addition, year-round Managerial training is provided to all supervisors, so managers are well-equipped to lead high-performing teams.
Practice Group Partner
A Practice Group Partners (PGP) ) is an Associate who has demonstrated proficiency in his her practice area. The Development Program bridges the gap between Associate and Firm Partner, providing Leadership and Business Development training, and mentorship to help our attorneys advance
Rising Leaders Committee
The Rising Leaders Committee (RLC) is the firm’s Attorney Committee, where attorneys from all Kelley Kronenberg offices meet monthly to share information, strategize to improve issues
