5. If I’m not a Director, but I still achieve $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in Dream Team Sales each month for three consecutive months, can I drive a Sonic? No. You must be a Director to drive the Sonic. 6. I qualified for and ordered the Sonic. Do I need to keep achieving $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in Director Team sales each month while the car is on order? Yes. Any month with less than this amount in Team Sales counts as a car miss for the Sonic level. Remember, you receive the cash option at the Sonic level while you wait for your car. If your Director Team sales are less than the Sonic Director Team sales requirement in any month, your cash bonus amount will be reduced to your achievement level. For details, please refer to the What’s Your Drive Program chart on My.Tupperware. In the Sales Force Website tab area, select For You, then What’s Your Drive Program. 7. I’m driving the Sonic. What happens if: I don’t achieve $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in monthly Director Team Sales? OR, I don’t meet the Director standard of $10,000 U.S./$12,500 CAD in Director Team Sales? Sonic drivers are allowed three Sonic level misses—months when they achieve less than $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in Team Sales. With the fourth miss, you are removed from the Sonic car and cash level of the car program and placed in the Director cash level. You may requalify for the Sonic-level cash by achieving $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in Team Sales for

three consecutive months. You need to wait nine months after being removed from the car option before you may order the Sonic and drive it again. If you have four misses for both the Sonic level and the Director standards, you are unable to continue in the car program and you step down to your level of achievement. At that time, you must requalify as a Director to participate in the car program. In this situation, as a Director, you are eligible for the car program’s cash option. After a nine-month waiting period, you are eligible to drive a car again, based on your level of achievement. Director Team Sales achieved $10,000–$12,499 U.S./ $12,500–$14,999 CAD $0–$9,999 U.S./ $0–$12,499 CAD

$300,000+ Organization Sales level questions 8. What sales are included in the Organization Sales needed to achieve each 12-month level? Your Organization Sales total (all levels, not just compensated levels) is used to determine which car level you achieve. If a Director in your downline holds the same title as you, you count that Director’s entire Organization in your total. This means you count your personal Director Team Sales plus the Team Sales of the Director teams in your entire downline. The Bypass Rule applies. When you are bypassed by a Director with a higher title, then you count the Director’s personal Team Sales in your total and you do not count any of the Director teams below the Director who has bypassed you in title. Example 1: Downline Director holds the same title as you. You count your downline Director’s entire Organization 2 Star Director Ann

Ann counts sales volume of her own Director team, plus the sales volume of Betty and Claire’s Director teams. She does not count Betty’s Promoted Director Team Sales (Dina, Elise and Frank).

9. When do I qualify for one of the higher level cars? You qualify to drive one of the What’s Your Drive cars when you achieve the Organization Sales volume level required for the car in a rolling 12-month period. 10. When does my 12-month clock start for requalification? The 12-month qualification period starts the month after you qualify to drive a car at the $300,000 level or a higher level. When you step up to the next level, you “restart the clock” and begin a new 12-month qualification period for the new level.

11. I’m driving a higher-level What’s Your Drive Program car ($300,000+ Organization Sales). What happens if: I don’t achieve $12,500 U.S./$15,000 CAD in monthly Director Team Sales? OR, I don’t meet the Director standard of $10,000 U.S./$12,500 CAD in Director Team Sales? While driving your current car, you re-qualify to drive the same car or a higher level car using a 12-month qualification period. And, you must be a Director to participate in the car program. After four title misses within the calendar year, you are unable to continue in the car program and you step down to your level of achievement.

I qualified for one of the higher level What’s Your Drive Program cars ($300,000+ Organization Sales). How soon can I upgrade my current car? What happens while I’m waiting for my car? Once you qualify for the next level in the car program, you may apply for the new vehicle immediately. The car will be delivered to you as soon as one is available, or a new one will be ordered. You need to continue achieving the monthly Director standards while you are waiting for the new car. When you step up to the higher car level, starting the next month, you automatically receive a cash bonus each month for the difference between the car you are driving and the car level you qualify to drive, provided you achieve the monthly Director standards. For the month in which your car is delivered, you receive a pro-rated cash bonus to cover the days of the month when you didn’t have the car. 13. I qualified for one of the higher level What’s Your Drive Program cars ($300,000+ Organization Sales). Can I wait to order my car? Yes, you can wait. However, as a smart business practice, you should order your car as soon as you qualify based on your 12-month qualification period. Should you decide to wait, your current rolling 12-month Organization Sales total will be used to determine eligibility for the car. 14. I’ve qualified for a higher level “What’s Your Drive” car ($300,000+ Organization Sales), but I want to keep the same vehicle. Can I do this and what happens? Yes. Once you qualify for a higher level, starting the next month you automatically receive the cash difference between the car you are driving and the car you are eligible to drive. Remember, your new 12-month qualification period at the higher level also starts the following month.

Cash option for “What’s Your Drive” Program 20. If I switch from a cash bonus to a car, how long do I keep receiving my cash bonus? As long as you meet the monthly Director standards, you’ll receive the cash bonus until you take delivery of the car. For the month in which your car is delivered, you receive a pro-rated cash bonus to cover the days of the month when you didn’t have the car. 21. Can I switch my car option to the cash option? Yes. However, you can only switch to the cash option 12 months after the delivery of the vehicle, as long as you maintain qualification. You can also switch to the cash option when you step up a level within the car program. 22. How do I qualify for the $300,000 and higher level cash option of the What’s Your Drive” Program? Qualifying for the cash option at the $300,000 level and higher is exactly the same as qualifying for a car at these levels. Your 12-month qualification period starts the month you qualify to drive a car at the $300,000 level or a higher level. When you step up to the next level, you “restart the clock” and start a new 12-month qualification period for the new level. When you select the cash option and qualify at the $300,000 level, you are eligible for the higher cash amount starting the next sales month. You need to maintain the monthly Director standards to receive the full cash amount for your qualification level.
