We are so honored and excited that you have chosen to work with The Boudoir Belle for a day of glamour, laughs, and sexy fun! The Boudoir Belle was started by photographer, Kelley Staord, in 2009 when she realized the need for everyday women to feel pampered and sexy without being overtly sexual. The Boudoir Belle is a female only, 1700 sq ft luxury, studio that prides itself in working one on one with every single client to meet her needs and bring her vision of her sexy side to life.
Most collections include professional hair and makeup and wardrobe styling to give you the ultimate experience in luxury. With anywhere from 1-4 wardrobe options you are sure to express all sides of your personality from irty and girl next door to a high end sultry and sensual look should you choose.

Corsets, stockings, and heels are great for shaping the body and accentuating the breasts. Silk gowns or robes are perfect for a softer more romantic look.
Cut off tank tops or crop tops are great to show off a toned mid-section. A simple white tank and panties creates a playful & casual look. Garter belts and stockings are perfect to make any outtt (or even alone) a little more sexy. Bra and panty sets are simply but playful. Choose a softer cup and color that looks great with your skin tone. Add a tted blazer to spice it up!

A man’s dress shirt can be sexy but if you can nd one that ts closer to your size, even better!
Long necklaces with jeans.
A white sheet. Sometimes less is more and who knows what you’re wearing under there... If you are a sports fan, try to nd a jersey that is made for women as they are much more attering.
An oversized sweater or a annel shrt makes for cozy shots. Add your favorite book or a coffe mug to really create a cozy mood!

OUR PROFESSIONAL TIPS Preparing for your session is a lot of fun but can also be stressful. We are here to help you through the process and to make the entire experience fun and enjoyable. If we haven’t already started a private Pinterest board to gather ideas now would be a great time to do so. This will allow me to see more of your style and help you choose wardrobe options that best t your style. Remember to look for pieces that you may not instantly consider for a boudoir shoot, like sheer tops or a heel that may be a bit higher than you’re used to. Below is a checklist of items to make sure you pack and bring to your session the day of.

FREQUENTLY ASK Where will my shoot take place? All boudoir sessions take place in our 1700 sq foot beautiful luxury studio located in a beautiful historic building. Our studio includes a private dressing room, styling station, and even a even a bluetooth speaker so you can personalize a playlist to bring along to your shoot. With a private entrance and many beautiful sets to choose from we know you’ll love it the second you step inside. Call today for a no obligation tour!
May I bring a friend along? We completely understand how a boudoir shoot can be a very nervous experience. While we do not mind that you bring a friend along we do want to make sure that your session runs as smoothly and awlessly as possible. We ask that your friend be female only and that she not take any cell phone pictures or videos during the shoot. It is also important to make sure you are completely comfortable in front of the friend you choose to bring.
Will my photos be published online? No photo is ever shared online or in print without your written consent. Image sharing is completely up to our clients and you are in no way obligated to share your images. You will be given a contract and model release to sign upon booking where you may opt in or out of image sharing.
KED QUESTIONS How long will it take for me to see my proofs? It generally takes 6-9 weeks to completely edit your proofs and have them ready for you to view. Upon completion I will contact you to schedule a a private image viewing and ordering session. Rush editing is optional at an addional fee and must be discussed at the time of booking.
Will you retouch my photos? While we do retouch all images that we take of our clients it is important to understand the process in which we retouch. While we remove blemishes and do a bit of skin smoothing we do not do excessive editing such as body resizing or reshaping. If you have a birth mark or small tattoo that you’d like removed we can discuss this at the time of your booking.
Is hair and makeup included in my shoot? Check the collection you have booked on my website. All details for each collection are listed. Booking a session with hair and makeup or adding it on is highly recommended.
