- Concerts start at 11am, with the auditorium open from 10am. Concerts generally finish between 12.30 and 12.45. We do not have an interval.
- Please join us for complimentary tea, coffee and a light snack before and after the show with a chance to mingle with our artists.

- When you’re ready to take your seat, our friendly artists will scan your tickets at the door. If your tickets have been emailed, remember to save your tickets on your phone or bring a printout. If this is impossible for you, let the office know and you can collect a ticket from our box office on the day.
- Seating is by general admission. People may save seats to sit with friends but must come early and look after any saved seats themselves.
- We do not reserve seats except for customers with special needs and their caregivers. Let our office know if you require reserved seating e.g. wheelchairs and carers and make yourselves known on arrival so we can show you to your seats.
- Door sale tickets may be offered on the day subject to availability. Many of our venues sell out in advance.
