It is new for us to present a pre-launch but, as so many of you are already asking about our trips for 2024 and are planning next year’s travel, we decided to give you a sneak preview of what we have in mind. This is the most exciting trip programme we have ever announced. We are travelling to more destinations than we ever have before. As we enjoy leisurely travel we are able to delve into the culture, music and history of these amazing destinations. As our trips are specially planned with our customers in mind they are bespoke and exclusive - you won’t find them anywhere else! A summary of our long-haul trips is available within this brochure. This is a pre-launch and bookings will only be accepted with a $500 fully refundable deposit. Deposits are refundable for up to 21 days after the May 2023 launch date when prices and final details of the trip will be announced.
Many of our trips sell out so this pre-launch allows you the chance to book early for our tours to avoid disappointment. As the deposit is refundable for 21 days after our launch in May, you can reserve your place with the knowledge you can cancel in May if you change your mind. If you wish to go ahead with your booking the full initial deposit will be due to be paid. We will of course deduct the pre-launch $500 deposit from the initial deposit due.
All trips are now open for pre-booking including short-haul trips. A summary of our long-haul trips are printed within this brochure with more detailed long-haul brochures available on our website, at concerts or by request from the office.
Brochures for short haul trips will be available at our launch from May 2023.
While some 2024 details are yet to be confirmed, any alternatives will be replaced with a comparable or better option.
For our 2024 trips we have slightly changed our terms and conditions. Here is a list of those key points below.
•All itinerary details are subject to change, but changes will be replaced with a comparable or better option.
•Initial deposit is fully refundable for 21 days after booking. After 21 days, only 50% of your initial deposit is refundable. We recommend your travel insurance is in place when booking.
•Second deposit is refundable up until final balance due date.
•All monies are non-refundable at final balance due date. This becomes an insurance claim.
•Payment by direct credit incurs no surcharge. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5%.
•Travellers need to be independently mobile and fit to travel.
•Bookings will only be accepted with initial deposit.
•All travellers must obtain comprehensive travel insurance for international travel and insurance for domestic travel is recommended.
•Please refer to our terms and conditions on booking form.
