PROVIDENCE, RI IN THE PRESS Providence RI has just been ranked in the top 3 Best U.S. Cities by Travel & Leisure Magazine in their November 2010 issue. Readers chose from over 35 cities from San Francisco to New York in competition on many categories, from theater to restaurants.
