2012 CVS C AREMARK 5 K The 2012 CVS Caremark Downtown 5k will be held on September 16 in Providence, Rhode Island. Race day features the CVS Caremark Downtown 5k, The Tufts Health Plan High School Inspirational 3K and youth races of varying distances. The CVS Caremark Downtown 5k is a USATF Championship event with athletes competing for both individual and team champion honors. R ESIDENT T ESTIMONIAL This month’s testimonial comes from a gentleman that has lived at The Residences Providence as a tenant and then a buyer. How long have you lived at The Residences? We moved here in September 2009 initially to rent and after three months made the decision to purchase.
What motivated you to purchase at The Residences? (any features or amenities or location) After viewing other options in the City we found that the staff at the Sales Office and the Concierge were very accommodating and really made us feel at home. The excellent security gave us piece of mind and numerous services that are not available at other condos such as dry cleaning, room service and being connected to the Westin Hotel.
What do you like about living downtown? Living and working downtown has many advantages that appeal to us. Walking to events, shopping and the best restaurants in close proximity.
Do you use the Concierge services? And if so what has been your experience? I use them all the time. My dry cleaning is picked up in the morning and is waiting in my hall closet when I return from work. Life has become much less demanding since living here and allows me more time to focus on Career, Friends and Family.
How would you describe the lifestyle here? It has been a joy. The staff in the building is more like a group of friends at this point and is always there to help. The Residences offers buyers a lifestyle that caters to their needs when necessary but also offer the utmost privacy and discretion.
Do you have any advice for potential buyers? Get to know the team, take full advantage of all the services and most of all attend the Resident events. I have made many new friends here!
