then was able to come home. School and home life have both been extremely difficult for Angel ever since. He’s easily one of the most intelligent kids I’ve ever met, well beyond his years. However, his anger and aggression often cause him extreme difficulties in school. He’s often getting into fights and suspended from school. So as a result, I’ve lost a couple jobs in the past. But day by day, we continue to work harder at managing his difficulties. I began working as a full-time Residence Counselor, and also got into Photography and Modeling. I also found a love for makeup, as well. I opened up a photography studio with my (now former) business partner. Soon after he professed his “Love” for me, and I didn’t feel the same way. He then thought it best for us to part ways as business partners. So, what does one do when this happens? I started my own Photography business, and I also began working as a freelance Makeup artist, on top of my full-time job. Doing this all as a single Mother is most definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. I know seeing my Mom go through everything she has, has definitely helped me be the best Mother that I know how to be. Contrary to what you must be thinking after having read this, My Mom is all I have. She’s the strongest, most amazing woman I’ve ever known. And the best Mother I could ever ask for. She helps me immensely with my kids, and has for quite a few years now. I could never repay her for everything seen many hardships throughout our relationship. But this has only helped us to become closer. It has also shown me things that I would do differently in being a Mother to my kids. I didn’t come from much, but I couldn’t be more grateful for the life my Mother has given me. It gives me such pride and pleasure to look back, and to see everything I’ve gone through. To be able to give my kids a better life, and a Mother that they can be proud of.
