Fit to Reign is a women empowerment coaching business dedicated to creating a comfortable atmosphere where women can reach their goals and feel confident with their progress. I lovingly refer to Fit to Reign as “The Beauty and The Beast.” I believe that women are both strong and beautiful. On one side of Fit to Reign, there is “The Beauty.” This includes selfdevelopment, pageant, and model coaching, interview and public speaking preparation, and makeup artistry. On the other side of Fit to Reign is “The Beast.” This is where I push my fitness clients to their potential in the gym!
The “Beast” is where women transform their bodies and become physically “Fit to Reign”. In the personal training studio (“The Beast”), I assess each client on their current fitness level and then construct a personalized program to help them reach their goals. Each client is different, therefore each client will have a unique fitness plan. I work with my clients on endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility training. I also provide nutritional tips for my clients to help them maximize their results! At Fit to Reign, my main goal is to make you feel confident, healthy, and strong! appointment only. When you book an appointment with me, my focus will solely be on you. Fit to Reign is a small fitness studio, not a big box gym. In designing Fit to Reign, I was committed to creating a private, and comfortable atmosphere for women. I wanted to create a space for women to reach their fitness goals without feeling self-conscious. There is no comparison, competition, or
judgment. As a certified personal trainer, I love working with my clients in person, one-on-one, ensuring that they have the proper form and motivation! There is nothing more satisfying than helping my clients power through a workout that they initially did not think they would be able to complete. If you are unable to come into the studio, I also provide online coaching through personalized programming. I train women all over the country! Through online coaching, I require healthy history information, updated measurements, and progress pictures throughout the entire process. Before writing a program, I need to be aware of any past injuries, or current limitations. I will also request starting weight, and photos in a swimsuit or spandex shorts and sports bra. Everything sent to me is completely confidential. This information helps me formulate the best plan of action. Throughout the entire process, I will be asking for progress updates, and encouraging my clients to ask questions!
Health and fitness is a mindset, a lifestyle, and a daily decision to do what is best for your body. Through my business, Fit to Reign, I empower my clients to strive for strength in all areas of their life. You only have one body, and one life here on earth. Increase the quality of your life by making your body a priority! Exercising helps to boost “good” cholesterol (HDL) and reduces your “bad” cholesterol. It increases the release of endorphins which improves your mood. Building muscle increases
your body’s basal metabolic rate (BMR), so you can burn more calories even if you are resting. When you exercise, your heart and lungs release more nutrients and oxygen into your bloodstream so that you have more energy. Getting fit helps to prevent high cholesterol, obesity, and joint problems and reduces the risk of getting osteoporosis. Consistent exercise helps improve sleep patterns and mental health. When you dedicate your time to your physical fitness, you will simultaneously be strengthening your mind and increasing self-esteem, and confidence. Through your fitness journey, you will not only improve your health and look better, but you will serve as an inspiration to others along the way!
There are seven days in a week and someday is not one of them! A year from now you will wish you had started today. The most important investment you can make is in yourself and the best way to predict the future is to create it. Go train! Excuses are useless, but results are priceless. Commit to be fit!
