OK Golf Day takes place on 7th June at Tavistock Golf Course Dear Old Kelleian We are delighted to be able to invite you to this year’s OK Day and Dinner on Saturday May 3rd.

Please read the attached carefully and fill in all your details, to ensure that we include you in everything you would like to take part in and so that we can keep you up to date with any changes.

The Old Kelleian Club has decided to mark these departures by way of presenting each of them with a gift.

If you would like to make a donation then please send this in for the attention of Frances Alexander as soon as possible. Please make cheques payable to the ‘OK Club’ and also make it clear which member(s) of staff your donation is for. The Club will then purchase gifts and present these to them on OK Day on the 3rd May. Thank you in anticipation.

OK Dinner May 3rd 2014 Guest Speaker Jonathan Scott OK (1978 - 1984) will be both speaking and performing with the newly reformed Kelly Stompers.

The cost of buffet dinner, including wine and port, is £30.00 per person. Members of staff, past and present, pay half price for themselves, whilst spouses/partners pay full price unless they were/are also staff.

Dress is Black Tie. There will be pre-dinner drinks at 7.15pm in the OK Bar of the Performing Arts Centre, reached via the Chapel staircase in the Main Block. Buffet dinner will be held in the adjacent Melvin Hall.

Please return this form, along with your cheque, made payable to ‘The Old Kelleian Club’, to Thomas Godwin at the school, no later than April 19th. No applications can be considered after this date. Tickets will not be issued, but applications will be acknowledged by email where given.

N.B. a free dinner can be claimed (only once) provided it is within five years of you leaving school.
