INNER GLOW ’Tis the Season to Glow!

It is already December 2015! Let the shopping and Holiday celebrations begin! This past year has been very special for me. November marked my first year as the CEO of my own virtual franchise with Rodan +Fields! When I said “yes” to Rodan + Fields, my family was in the middle of another major transition after living overseas for almost three years. I had just left my job to make another move with my husband’s career in the United States Marine Corps. This move made me realize that I needed a career that would move with us to our next duty station. I needed something that would allow more time with my kids and my husband, but that would still provide financial support to our family of six. After falling in love with the products and the way they were changing my skin, I decided to jump in and build the future that I was dreaming of. I knew the company was amazing, but I didn’t fully understand the magnitude of this opportunity. Thanks to my amazing customers and the support of my friends and family, my business has grown more than I ever thought possible. In May, I was able to give up my conventional career in order to run my own business and stay home with our four children. As my team of amazing business partners (and friends) grows, so does my vision for the future with this incredible company. I look forward to many more years of helping people change their skin and change their lives!

Changing Skin. Changing Lives!

There are multiple Rodan+Fields success stories, but with it being the season of giving, there isn’t a better story to share than the story of one of our very first consultants, Sarah Robbins. She inspires everyone around her to be the best version of themselves, and no one shares her story better than she does: “I am a kindergarten teacher by trade who was facing the loss of my job, due to a downturn economy. I was looking for extra income, and my search led me to R+F. My mom, Kris Fairless, and I used to work for the company in their retail days and happened to be in the right place at the right time, when they made their transition into direct sales. We joined them as the first two distributors (their founding consultants). I was a shy young kindergarten teacher — no network, no network marketing experience. I lacked self-assurance, but with a lot of personal and professional growth (and hard work), [I] was able to surpass my teaching income consistently my first year. I retired. After 5 years working full time. I was the company’s first 6-figure monthly earner, and today I am earning a multiple 6-figure monthly income as the company's #1 income earner. Our greatest joy is what our profession provides to others — through the opportunity and products...but also through the time and resources our success has created. We opened a 100 child orphanage for boys in India last December, thanks to R+F, and this December, thanks to our R+F business, as we welcome our first born son into the world, we will be opening a second orphanage for little girls there. I'm so glad we never quit (even when times were tough)‌ because other people's blessings are tied to our actions, decisions, and our obedience‌.â€?

Dr. Kathy Fields: You may find your skin needs extra attention and moisture during the harsh winter months or in dry climates.

Follow the tips below to help promote cell turnover and keep your skin moisturized: Exfoliate to prepare the skin.

Proper exfoliation removes the dulling dry skin cells that create a barrier to your moisturizer while helping younger, more vibrant cells rise to the surface.
