As we near the close of 2020, I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for your dedication and commitment to excellence in patient care.
We at DCA have been very blessed with a remarkable team of dental hygienists and coaches that help lead our path to providing optimal clinical care for all of our patients. These coaching professionals have your best interest in mind and continue to partner with and help you reach your full potential at DCA. I’m extremely proud of our team of coaches and know that this adds much value to your growth and development with DCA. We have many resources including the DCA Career Academy and D.I.C.E. that will our clinicians to tap into all of the opportunities that are out there for caring for yourselves and the patients that we treat. Your resilience and fortitude continues to shine through even through these very tough times. 2020 was like nothing that
we have ever seen, totally unprecedented. We have endured many challenges that have only made us stronger and better. Again, we thank each and every one of you for stepping outside the box to perform and take such good care of all of your patients. With a focus on continual learning and “sharpening our saw,” we also want to welcome and thank our team of 50+ new hygienists to DCA that have participated in our World-Class Dental Hygiene Care Workshop Virtual Series. We have had great participation and interaction through virtual learning and sharing best practices. We are very excited to embark upon 2021, with renewed hope and much energy, to make it our strongest year ever in hygiene!

Hygiene Month Review
Congratulations to our “Golden Nevi” winner, Madeeha Rizwan. She has demonstrated remarkable professionalism, delivered the highest standard and quality of care, and contributed to a total team effort for the DANV Burke practice for the last 15+ years! We also wanted to recognize the top 3 RDHs in other regions for their exceptional work in the most challenging of times: Randi Torrejos, WFL, Goran Iliev, SEFL, Donna Lewis, MV4, and Stacy Haluch, Hygiene Coach (MA).
