Let the City Pulse !
2050 future layering city urban synergy
Mixed-use zen wellness center
Young people navigate fast-paced lives, particularly in art districts where creativity and human interaction thrive. Yet, spaces dedicated to mental health and well-being are scarce. This new micro-architecture blends urban activators with office and residential layers, drawing inspiration from tea culture to create synergy. Acting as a zen wellness center, it introduces a slower rhythm to city life — inviting people to live, pause, socialize, and meditate. By layering urban functions, the design seamlessly merges the city with architecture, extending and enriching the urban experience.

Reversed Public & Private Affordable Housing Indistinct Boundries
Humans are species that create their boundaries and keep them enclosed to people they are more familiar with. As such, housing spaces have tendencies to clearly distinguish private and public spaces. This co-living project aims to reverse the roles of private and public to engage human interactions.
This project is tailor made for young couples with a busy lifestyle. The amenities on site includes shared bathrooms, kitchens, workspaces and socializing areas. As such, it is much easier for busy people to connect as they will not even have to leave their home.
