RESIDENTIAL WORK: DESERT HOME
Situated in Scottdale's Paradise Valley, this home was designed to blend in. Among the many flashy homes of the neighborhood, the homeowner desired to bring the beautiful desert landscape in through using neutral materiality and framing views of Camelback Mountain. This home boasts 5 bedrooms (6 if you're including the guest casita), a pool situated in a secluded courtyard, 30' sliding glass door assemblies, and a private butler's pantry off the kitchen.
On this project, I contributed towards design, elevations and sections (interior and exterior), plans, renderings, specifications, and client presentations.

Nestled in Flagstaff, AZ, this home is settled among a forest of trees, and frames views of nearby and far away mountains, like the San Francisco Peaks. The client desired vaulted ceilings, an authentic material pallete, and a "wing" designated to their grandchildren, complete with a seperate living area and gameroom.
On this project, I contributed to elevations (interior and exterior), details, sections, the 3d model, rendered images, and a few client presentations.

COMMERCIAL WORK: SFFR CLUBHOUSE
Located in Palm Springs, California. This project aimed to capture the essence of Palm Springs' colorful, eccentric, mid-century style while still remaining tasteful. Upon pulling up to the clubhouse, the notion of indoor-outdoor living is apparent, with views through the building revealing an expansive pool. The clubhouse includes locker-room style showers, a gym, a kitchen for hosting events, a cozy gathering space for residents, a mail room, and private offices for staff.
On this project, I contributed to a pricing set which included: a 3d model with rendered images, a site plan, floor plans, and elevations.

This project is a renovation from an inpatient health clinic to a med spa, with a scope of work regarding just the exterior. The goal of the client was to "revamp" the exterior facade as well as the impact from the prominent SW street corner, while keeping the existing shell of the building.
On this project, I contributed to a pricing set which included: design work (exterior screen, as well as shading techniques), a 3d model with rendered images, plans (roof, site, and floor plan; existing, demo, and proposed), and elevations (existing, demo, and proposed).
