'MGMB' is a concept branch off of the existing company, MGM. 'MGMB' is a company that promotes a beverage line that will be sold at all MGM resorts, hotels, etc. A new office space was needed for this concept branch. The space is designed to house the hierarchal company, separating it into three major areas. to keep collaboration as a factor, touch down areas are incorporated throughout the office.

'The Woodland Retreat' is a project drafted solely by hand. The use of different lead thicknesses allow for the drawings to portray depth from the different weights of each line. The structure of the building was existing; while the interior space plan and design was part of the studio process.

With two adult males, and each of their children as clients, this space is a bachelor pad fit for two kings. The three story townhouse equipped with rooftop and finished basement contains two master bedrooms, two master baths, three children's bedrooms, two baths, a home theater, a sports bar, kitchen, living room and rooftop patio.

The design of this 'systems furniture showroom' is drawn from sustainability and innovation. The display of systems products is coupled with 'green floors' and plants dispersed around the showroom. To keep the open, airy feel of the space, lit ceiling panels are hung at different heights above the finished floor.

'Hotel Moderno' is a boutique hotel designed within an existing historical building in old city, philadelphia. The style of this hotel is modern | contemporary; the cool colors of the walls and textiles, juxtaposed with the warm wood tones, give the space an inviting and eye-catching sensation.

Located on the eighth floor and rooftop of 2401 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, PA ‘the pool at brio’ is a modern luxury bar | lounge | retaurant hot spot. Whether you just want to sit and enjoy the waterfront views of the city from the rooftop - or delve into a fabulous meal at the Japanese | American fusion restaurant in the penthouse of 2401 Walnut, brio is your venue.

What sets brio apart from the few rooftop venues in the philadelphia area is its infinity edge reflective pool, on the roof of this location. The atmosphere of this venue is greatly impacted by the contemporary water feature. Fire pits, VIP pavilions, and the outdoor bar area all surround the reflective pool, creating an unforgettable atmosphere and experience. While weekends attract the majority of brio’s typical clientele; weekdays and nights are packed with guests visiting brio’s restaurant. Known for the state of the art raw Bar and Hibachi, brio is consistently busy with street traffic, tourists or private parties

The project proposal was to take something and build it out of wood. I chose to build a Ford Model T. I started with a sketch that I drew of the car, and from there I began creating dimensions that would make a proportionate model. The final project took about 7 weeks and the dimensions are 37” x 30” x 28.5”
