Board leadership The Keltbray Main and Executive Boards are comprised of 17 members, all of whom possess the necessary experience and expertise to deliver our strategic priorities, while upholding the highest standards of business conduct. MAIN BOARD The Main Board comprises the Executive Chairman; Chief Executive Officer; Group Finance Director; Chief Operating Officer and four Independent NonExecutive Directors. Its primary responsibility is to promote the long-term success of Keltbray by creating and delivering sustainable value. The Main Board seeks to achieve this in part by being clear about the company’s vision and purpose, and ensuring that its values, strategy and culture align with and fully support that purpose.
