As we welcome June, we say goodbye to May’s rainy days and embrace the promise of sunny skies and summer adventures at Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe Our maintenance teams at both courses are catching up with mowing after an unseasonably wet spring. It was exciting to see golfers from all over the country during PGA Championship week! Visitors gave us rave reviews of our facilities and courses, and our excitement is palpable as we anticipate the multitude of experiences awaiting us both on and off the fairways.

Summer signals the start of a bustling season at our clubs From engaging clinics to exciting fitting days, there's something in store for every golfer Mark your calendars for a lineup of events that will make this summer truly memorable.

Champions Pointe is preparing for its much-anticipated Grill & Chill – a celebration not to be missed! On Monday and Tuesday, July 8th and 9th, we will be resurfacing the paths on the back nine at Champions Pointe. However, golfers will still have the opportunity to play all 18 holes after 3:30 PM Meanwhile, at Covered Bridge, a Bourbon Tasting is on the calendar for June 29th, which you will not want to miss! We are excited to welcome our new General Manager, Chris Tuohey, who brings 30 years of industry experience He has an open-door policy for both customers and team members. Swing Into Golf Basics

Our 'Swing Into Golf Basics' class is tailor-made for beginners of all ages and genders –ladies, men, and juniors (ages 12 & under must be accompany by an adult), you're all welcome! Led by our experienced instructors, this program covers everything from how to hold the club to mastering your swing and understanding the ins and outs of the course

Join us on Wednesday, June 26th from 6PM to 7:30PM for an evening of learning and fun! Whether you're just starting out or looking to brush up on your skills, this class offers a supportive environment where you can learn and grow alongside others who share your passion for the game. It's not just about learning golf – it's about making new friends and having fun along the way.

Folds of Honor Scholarship Fund Drive

Mission: This charity benefits families that have lost loved ones in the line of duty. In 2023, Folds of Honor now benefits not only those in the military but also first responders.

Join us this Independence Day weekend for a series of exciting events and support a great cause!

Starting Wednesday, July 3rd: Purchase challenge coins for $25 each. Our goal is to sell all 200 coins, raising enough funds for one scholarship through Folds of Honor

Thursday, July 4th: Participate in the Flag Tournament at Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe. Sign up at the counters.

Friday, July 5th: Enjoy a BBQ grill-out with family and friends

Sunday, July 7th: Spend a fantastic day on the greens at Covered Bridge. The golf shop will be stationed at the 1st tee, collecting donations. Any donation of $25 or more qualifies you for a chance to win golf equipment in our special drawing. Participants will receive a challenge coin and a meal The entry fee is $125 per person
