Our Service Charge is comprised of: 15% Gratuity & 10% Administrative Fee
The Gratuity goes directly to our maître’d, servers & bartenders The Administrative Fee covers all miscellaneous costs (delivery, set-up, cleaning, etc).
BOOK YOUR DATE
We would be honored to host your wedding celebration at our venue. We do not “hold” dates. A date is only secured with the initial deposit and a fully signed contract.
DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
All (3) Deposits can be made via credit card, cash or check.
After the first three deposits, any credit card used would have a 3% credit card fee. Final Guest Count
We do not contact you to make your additional deposits. Please contact your coordinator before the due date to arrange payment.

We do not accept any credit or debit cards for final payment. Your coordinator will email you an invoice upon receiving the final guest count. Final payment must be made via cashier’s (bank certified) check or cash. We do not accept personal checks or money orders for final payments.

Offsite Ceremonies:
Once the offsite ceremony is over, and you arrive to the venue, we can head directly out for photos on the golf course (weather pending). We recommend to allow for 1-1.5 hrs for photos.
Onsite Ceremonies
The time on your invitation must be the same time as your contracted start time. If you anticipate late guests and put an earlier start time, guests will be able to wait in the lobby before the golf cart escort rides. If your ceremony has to be moved inside due to weather, we will delay allowing guests upstairs due to the shortened transportation time. Our transportation timeline is based off of the estimated ceremony length so cocktail hour starts on time.
