2025 commemorates a special year at Harborside as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Port Course. We often say, “Golf brings people together for the right reasons and the right causes.” Together, let us help plan your incredible golf outing for your company or organization. Two Championship Courses, One Location
At Harborside International, we offer two 18-hole championship courses, the Port Course and the Starboard Course. Nationally ranked, both offer fun and unique challenges over links terrain There are no trees across the property, providing a true international golf feel Over a 30-year period, we have hosted many outings/tournaments for businesses and associations across Chicagoland and Indiana. Our team has over 50 years of experience hosting events of all types, and our courses can be set up anywhere from 5,100 to 7,200 yards We can accommodate between 72 and 288 players. With a high retention of repeat customers, it's no wonder that at Harborside, we pride ourselves on the nickname "Chicago's Home for Golf."

Always served with our first-rate hospitality, here is a list of the amenities included for your event:
Green fee with GPS technology distances and a green reading grid
Personalized player greeting and staging by golf staff
Information fact sheet customized with the company logo
One warm-up bucket per player at our award-winning 57-acre practice facility
Our shuttle takes you from the clubhouse to the facility
Individual name or company name on your scorecard
Golf Genius app provided for a live leaderboard during your event
Post golf scoring provided by golf staff
Bounce back (return play) value cards for each player
Setup and collection of on-course contests (Closest to Pin, Long Drive, etc )
Full use of locker rooms and shower facilities
New Callaway rental clubs available at $89 each (includes six golf balls, a glove and ball marker)
Custom signage setup on the course (banners, flags, company sign)
Up to four tables provided for on course activations
Volunteer transportation available for additional charge
Ground transportation contact for bus pickup

Booking
Once a date and starting time is set, we will process your agreement and a 50% deposit for golf. A food & beverage invoice estimate will follow the golf agreement. The final balance is due on the day of your outing. There is a 72player minimum guarantee. Any outside F&B or activation stations must be approved prior to the event. Guidelines and deadlines will be provided prior to your event.

Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance based on availability. Later add-ons will be based on availability.
A deposit of 50% is required to book your event, based on the estimated golf
No refunds on deposits if a cancellation is made within seven days of the actual reserved date
All final balances must be paid at the pro shop upon arrival. The group is responsible for the contracted number of players.
Callaway rental clubs are available with advanced reservation at $89 per set, which six golf balls, a glove and ball marker
Fixed Group Packages
For outings of between 16-48 players, we offer the "Group Package" where players can avail of:
An international golf experience in Chicago - 36 holes of championship, links-style golf
Two top-ranked municipal golf courses (Port Top 30 in the USA & Starboard Top 10 in Illinois)
Access to our 57-acre practice facility (GRAA Top 50 Facility in America), including a driving range, bunker, chipping & putting areas
MONDAY - THURSDAY
$159 per player
FRIDAY - SUNDAY
$169 per player
18 holes of golf with GPS and a small bucket of practice balls
Tee-times with 10-minute intervals (not a shotgun start)
Staged vehicles, with individual/company names on vehicle signs & scorecards
Lunch at turn ticket (choice of hot dog, brat, chicken, burger, chips & beverage)
Every player receives a Harborside logo bag-tag gift item
Note: For groups of less than 16 players or for any group wishing to play GOLF ONLY without the food and beverage option, you must reserve tee-times online 21 days in advance of your desired date at www.harborsidegolf.com.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required on at least one-half of the full number of players (e g if there are 16 players, a deposit for eight players will be required)
No refunds on deposits if a cancellation is made within seven days of the actual reserved date.
The group is responsible for paying the guaranteed final number of players confirmed seven days in advance
All final balances must be paid at the pro shop upon arrival
If there is a weather-related cancellation (as determined by Harborside) or if the group plays nine holes or less before a determined cancellation, an 18-hole certificate will be issued to each player for a future round. There are no cash refunds. Rain is considered a playing condition and every effort will be made to complete the round. However, dangerous winds or lightning would be conditions for cancellation considerations
Callaway rental clubs are available with advanced reservation at $89 per set, which includes two sleeves of balls. Club reservations needed 7 days in advance.

Initiate with a $5,000 credit membership account and you’ll have the listed amenities included to apply from your own account
Golf greens fees for you, your associates, clients, customers, employees and guests Practice balls at the range added but balls are included with greens fees on weekends Food & Beverage at the Bar, at the Dock or beverage service on course Merchandise in the Pro Shop Group clinics and private lessons
