His responsibilities eventually expanded to overseeing various store locations across Western Canada

Director of Leadership Development
In 2007, he transitioned to a role as Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, a Texas-based missionary program He refined his mentoring and motivational speaking skills there, designing leadership training for project directors and managers. His success led to his promotion to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he led a large team and introduced new products and operational improvements, incorporating digital solutions to enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.
