Dear Mr. Baris, We are writing to reiterate what a pleasure it was and how fortunate we were to have the opportunity to work with Gloria Perez selling our home in Glen Ridge. Her upbeat personality coupled with her ability to tackle any problem, made her the perfect agent to represent us. Before meeting Gloria, we had already decided to use another agent; our meeting with Gloria was a formality to fulfill a requirement imposed on us through our relocation company. Ms. Perez's presentation made us believe our home was a commodity. The time she had spent preparing that initial presentation thoroughly impressed us. She recommended dependable businesses to cut the grass and hall away garbage. The presentation of the house was excellent, as you saw when you visited with NBC news, another of Gloria's arrangements. Finally when the house was under contract, with the buyers whom we felt were quite difficult, Gloria took matters into her own hands. Gloria did whatever possible to make sure the sale went through working last minute requests out from the buyer. She also had our side door lock fixed, brought in our mail and mailed us an important item we had mistakenly left in the house. With the state of the market, we could not have been happier with our representation, Gloria is one of the finest people we have ever associated with in a professional manner. We will highly recommend her to all of our friends, family and anyone else who would request a recommendation in New Jersey. Dear Mr. Baris; Two years ago I purchased my home through Jordan Bans. It was a dream come through, shortly after a very exciting time owning our home in Bloomfield, I became very sick and was hospitalized for a few months. After surgery and in home care, I also lost my job when the company I worked for went out of business. My husband became the sole income provider in our home and we fell behind in some of our bills, including our mortgage payments. Our agent Blossom Vernon kept in touch with us and continued to encourage us in a very difficult time, providing information on selling our home in a short sale, and much more, she was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do and went to work immediately contacting our bank and our attorney. In September of 2007, amidst much anxiety we placed our home at 534 Beardsley Avenue on the market. We had several offers and Blossom guided us through each offer carefully, contacted our mortgage company and took full control of the entire transaction with our permission, communicated with the mortgage companies, which was a very tedious process, and at times I must admit we became very impatient however she kept us informed on what seemed like an endless array of guidelines and paperwork, always with a pleasant and encouraging smile, and we do understand it was a very difficult situation. A year later on September 7* we finally closed. It was a very difficult closing with a very impatient and at times very difficult buyer, however with much kindness and strength Miss Blossom got us through to closing. Our problems did not end there, It was now time to downsize into an apartment, Blossom not only found us an apartment, but again she was there every step of the way helping and motivating. What a wonderful human being, she is and I must say how much we admire her strength and professionalism. We currenUy have anotlier home in Newark at 302 Woodside Avenue listed for sale and currendy under contract as well, she continues to amaze me with her diligence and strength. Jordan Baris Real Estate When we first put our house of for sale ‐ we didn't choose Jordan Baris. It was up for sale With another Real Estate company for six months. When the agreement expired, we decided To choose Jordan Baris. And Ken Baris and Colin Dibley came to our home and treated us Like they would their own family. We signed with them, and in 24 hours, we received our first offer from a really nice couple. That evening Colin came over and we negotiated the offer. The next morning, he brought over pastries to celebrate. We did have a few glitches, but Colin was very easy going and kind to my parents who are in the 70's and help make this sale a very smooth and easy transition.
