Preface 序言
土人设计是由一支多学科的设计团队组成的 , 主要业务范围 包括建筑设计，景观设计，城市设计，环境设计和工程。在 俞孔坚博士带领的 13 年内，土人设计已经成功在中国规划 设计 300 多个生态城市和 1000 多个景观项目。项目覆盖 200 个城市，其中超过 600 个项目成功落实。在多年的实 践中，土人设计在国际上以其独特的创新性和环境整体性得 了极高的荣誉。至今，土人设计已经在过去的八年内先后获 得九次全美景观设计师协会年度大奖，在过去的三年内三次 获得世界建筑节最高景观奖。 土人的设计理念是，景观不应该被当作是纯粹的装饰，而应 该是实用的，粗野的以及具有审美意义的。回顾我国的城市 建设，现在的城市公共空间已不再是单纯地提供一个休息的 空间，它们同时承载着重要的生态功能，是一个诱发自然， 生态，文化和娱乐的平台。天，人，神，是土人设计最核心 的理念。土人设计强调人与土地的关系。公司的理念在于创 造自然，文化和人的和谐，同时为未来创造可持续的环境。
Turenscape is a multidisciplinary design team that provides quality and holistic services in Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Urban Design, Environmental Design and Engineering. Under the leadership of Doctor Kongjian Yu, in the past 13 years, Turenscape has planned and designed over 300 ecological cities and 1000 landscape projects in China. Projects are located in 200 cities and more than 600 projects are built and realized. Turenscape's projects have earned great international reputation for innovative and environmentally sound designs and have consecutively won 9 American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Awards in the past 8 years and 3 World’s Best Landscape Awards at the World Architecture Festival in the past 3 years. Turenscape's philosophy is that landscape should not be deemed as purely decorative, but, above all, be functioning, robust and authentic. Particularly in our cities now, the role of public open space has expanded beyond just being a place of respite; they are an essential ecological infrastructure that affords many natural, biological, cultural and recreational processes to occur. Nature, Man and Spirits as One is the philosophy underlying all of Turenscape’s designs. Turen means Earth Man in Chinese, a relationship between land and people. The firm’s philosophy is to create the harmony between land and people and to create sustainable environments for the future.

俞孔坚 1995 年获哈佛大学设计学博士，1997 年回国主持 创办北京大学景观设计学研究院和北京大学建筑与景观设 计学院。1998 年创办国家甲级规划设计单位——北京土人 景观与建筑规划设计研究院。主要从事城市与区域规划、城 市和景观设计、生态规划方面的理论研究与实践。出版著作 20 余部，发表论文 300 余篇，并完成大量城市与景观的设 计项目；促成了景观设计师成为国家正式认定的职业，推动 了景观设计学科在中国的确立并走向世界。 俞孔坚开创了生态安全格局及 " 反规划 " 理论和方法，并系 统地应用于国土、区域和城市的生态规划实践；他主持完成 了中国国土生态安全格局、北京市生态安全格局的规划研 究，和台州、威海、广州、遂宁、东营、菏泽等多个城市和 地区的生态规划；他提出通过建立生态基础设施综合解决生 态环境问题，并付诸实践，主持完成了一系列具国际影响的 城市生态示范工程，包括对生态防洪、水生态净化、雨洪 生态管理、工业废弃地生态修复，海岸带和绿道设计、生 产性景观和绿色建筑等课题，设计了一系列可复制的模式， 并在中外 200 多个城市推广，获多项国际重要奖项。这些 作品以当代性和鲜明的中国特色，以生态和人文的精神，赢 得国际声誉；他把城市与景观设计作为 " 生存的艺术 "，倡 导白话景观，大脚革命和大脚美学，以及 " 天地 - 人 - 神 " 和谐的设计理念；俞孔坚在国际大会做主旨报告和特邀报告 百余场，其中 4 次被 IFLA( 国际景观设计师联盟 )、2 次被 ASLA( 美国景观设计师协会 ) 邀请作为年会的主旨演讲人。 分别被中央组织部、中央宣传部、中央统战部联合授予 " 留 学回国人员成就奖 "，被国务院侨办授予 " 首届华侨华人专 业人士杰出创业奖 "，并入选国家第九批 " 千人计划 "。 俞孔坚为建设部、国土资源部、国家文物局、青海省、北京 市、苏州市等政府专家顾问。任国际开放学报《Challenges》 的 City Design 专辑特约主编，为《景观设计学》主编， 国际《Journal of Landscape Architecture》、《Journal of Landscape and Urban Planning》《城市规划》，《中 国园林》、《生态学报》《自然资源学报》等学刊编委。 俞孔坚广泛出版，论文达 250 余篇及簪写了 17 本书籍。 他的最新著作名为“设计生态 - 俞孔坚的景观设计。同时， 他 亦 是《Landscape Architecture Frontiers– 景 观 设 计 学》杂志的首席主编。主要研究题目包括：景观和生态城市 规划，文化遗产的理论和方法。
Kongjian Yu received his Doctor of Design Degree at The Harvard Graduate School of Design in 1995. He has been a professor of architecture and landscape architecture at Peking University since 1997, and the founder and dean of the Graduate School of Landscape Architecture at Peking University. He is also the founding dean of the newly established College of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at Peking University. He is the founder and president of Turenscape, which is an internationally awarded firm with about 600 professionals and is one of the first and largest private architecture and landscape architecture practices in China. Dr. Yu is also a visiting professor of landscape architecture and urban planning and design at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and serves as Master Jury for the Aga Kahn Architecture Award. Dr. Yu has been the recipient of the National Gold Medal of Fine Arts (2004, China). In 2004, Dr. Yu was awarded the Oversea Chinese Pioneer Achievement Medal by the Chinese central government for his overall contribution to the nation. He has also been several times the keynote speaker for the IFLA World Congress and ASLA annual conference. He serves as the consulting expert for the Ministry of Housing, Rural and Urban Construction of China, Ministry of Land Resources, and The City of Beijing, Suzhou etc. Dr. Yu publishes widely, with more than 250 papers and 17 books. His latest book is, ‘DESIGNED ECOLOGIES – The Landscape Architecture of Kongjian Yu’. He is also the editor-in-chief for the journal, Landscape Architecture Frontiers. His major research interests include: the theory and method of landscape and ecological urbanism, the cultural heritage.

以推动中国目前的城市化发展为主要目标 , 本项目意在创造一个层次更加丰富的城 市 . 目前中国的城市设计仍然停留在水平区 域层面 , 本设计意图打破这一习惯 , 根据使 用者的对街道或者其他公共空间的需求创 造一个功能立体分布的城市 . 这种新型的设 计尝试将带来一种多动能的复合的城市肌 理 , 而这种城市肌理不仅会有利于满足城市 多样化的功能需求 , 而且能满足各种社会人 群的使用需求 .
With the ambition of improving current Chinese urban design practices, this project poses as its main goal to create a layered city. Instead of zoning horizontally, as current practice in China still dictates, the design proposes to distribute functions vertically, depending on their need for interaction with the street (or other public levels). Such an approach results in a mixed-use urban fabric, which manages to relate not only diverse functions, but also people of different social status.

位于中国中部的滁州市，它的新社区的扩 建跟一个有待建设的大型公园是有紧密联 系的。在此规划里，大型的绿色廊道从公 园开始延伸，沿着地形的起伏，渐渐进入 梯田的最低点。这些绿色廊道可增强城市 和公园的联系，同时承载的储蓄雨水的功 能。街道系统的设计尊重原有的地形。建 筑体块的分布根据绿色廊道延伸并逐渐渗 透，离绿色廊道越远，建筑将变得更紧密 更高，离公园的距离也更近。
The extension of the city of Chuzhou in Central China is closely related to the proximity of the new neighbourhood to a still-to-be-built large park. Large green corridors extend from the park, following the lowest points of the terrain.These green corridors increase the contact surface between park and city, but also facilitate storm-water flow. The street system is also a direct consequence of the existing topography. The distribution of the built mass follows the logic of being low-rise and compact the furthest it is from the green corridors, gradually becoming more porous and increasingly getting higher, the closer it gets to the park infrastructure.

Axonometric Diagram: Wet & Dry -Scapes We imagine the Evandale site’s as a hybrid terrain. Both as a container and surface for arts functions and activities. Night and day, light and shade, valley and ridge, chaos and order, cut and fill, architecture and landscape. Duality is a common theme, but by the introduction of a shifted layer, this shifted duality gives rise to a third kind of space. We imagine the landscape as a canvas, a palette of manifold colors and textures. We propose to carve, stretch and recanvas the site. Nature is heightened; her myriad forms and complexity are brought back to the site. The way nature works,

As a new cultural and civic hub, Evandale, Gold Coast will nurture a wide host of program, such as art museum, performing arts centre, as well as an extensive Artscape across the site. Drawing inspiration from Australian Indigenous art and its deep connection to the landscape, we will inscribe the site, to reveal the energy, colour and richness that nature holds. The first is a network of dikes, which is laid out mimicking the pattern of a dried earth, to create pathways for circulation and access, for gathering people and bringing to the sites of activity and the waters edge. The second is a network of water, of wetlands, ponds, and pools. They are not only beautiful; they are functional, for flood management, for water conservation, and for increasing biodiversity.

Located on the edge of waterfront property in the Fengxi new city core, this project focused on a new set of urban typologies: Urban Typology, Earth Embankment Typology and Waterfront Typology. The mixture of these three typologies can be located in one of many specific landscapes that make the combination of these typologies adaptable and integrative according to its context. This new urban approach allows for a unique user experience that sets forth a new identity for waterfront design, yet specific to environmental influence.

Jilin Changbaishan Wetland Health District Masterplan 整个区域由区域北部的商业区，西部的研 发区域，中部的会所区以及东部的住宅区 组成。商业区掌握了区域最高点，充满现 代气息又加入木材等元素创造了传统体验。 研发区域应用于生态方面的研究。会所区 的楼群分不同主题排列，如茶室、咖啡厅、 素食餐厅等。西部住宅区由别墅群和公寓 群组成，将会发展成舒适又极具生活气息 的社区。
The district consists of a commercial area located in the north, a R&D area in the west, clubhouses in the middle and residential area in the east. The highest point of the district is in the commercial area which is designed to be modern styled with traditional experience created by elements like wooden materials. The R&D area is built specifically for study of ecology and environment. The clubhouses are grouped according to different themes, for instance, tea houses, cafes and restaurants for vegetarians. Shandong Juxian Riverside Commercial Street
商业街是一种直线的发展，服务于围绕它 的公园与城市。这个地区实际上处于公园 与受城市影响的中间地带。我们的设计试 图把这个中间地带作为一个对公园与城市 的双向渗透。就这三组建筑的共同的设计 理念而言，商业街的设计就是采用了垂直 于东西方向的横向的活动方向，这种设计 允许商业街同时可以连接公园河流两岸的 城市。
The Commercial Street is a linear development, which is meant to serve both the park and the city around it. This zone is in fact the place where the park and the city interact at most. The proposed design treats this interaction as a penetration of the two tissues (urban and park) into each other. In synchrony with the common idea for all three buildings, the proposal for the commercial street introduces a transversal direction of movement to the predominant East-West axis. This allows the street to become a link between the two banks of the park/river.

Jilin Changbaishan Wetland Health District- Hotel Apartment 酒店公寓位于整个区域的最北端，两幢建 筑一个凹进一个凸出，相隔广场遥相呼应。 东部建筑为酒店，是整个区域的制高点； 西部则为商业出租的写字楼。在楼体侧面 的条状冷色装饰灯充满现代设计感，与拱 形内部的暖色又传统的木质结构形成鲜明 的对比。
The hotel apartment is located in the north of the district. The two buildings are at the two sides of a square, one of them being convex and the other concave. The building on the east is the tallest in the whole area and is designed to be a hotel while the other is to be used as an office building. The modern design of the light strips is contrasted with the warmth of the timber interiors.

Australia Gold Coast New Arts Museum & Living Arts Centre 这项设计平均利用了感受自然力量的两种方式：岩洞和桥面。 岩洞是一种切石元素，与土地相联系，是长期以来被水侵蚀而成的 大规模稳定结构。它由石头构成，十分坚固，属于大地的延伸部分 并常被植物覆盖。 桥面是一种构造元素，与天空相联系。它是一种相对脆弱的结构。 与地面分离，只留有极少的连接部分，使用木材作为建筑材料，表 达了和大树一样向往天空的寓意。 The design plays with the dichotomy between the two different ways to experience the force of nature: the cave and the deck. The cave is a stereotomic element, related to the ground (soil). It is generated by water over time, carving into massive and stable structures. The structures are solid, made of stone. They are an extension of the ground, and are covered by green roofs. The deck is a tectonic element, related to the sky (air). It is a relatively fragile structure. Detached from the ground with occasional linkages, the architectural material is wood, and like trees they express the upward outlook to the sky.

The ecological restaurant is located at the east of the whole area. As the landmark of the area, it has an organic shape and a bright red roof , reminiscent of the mythical dragon. The building offers vast 270 degrees views of the beautiful landscape of the ecological park and is connected with the commercial area by a link which can be used for exhibitions.

The Elevated Commercial strip serves as amenities for visitors at the park. It functions as a place to enjoy food and art inside or to experience the park from an exciting ribbon walk that meanders up and around the program. The proposal for an elevated commercial strip introduces a new experience of material and function. The simple glass enclosure and perforated steel panel facade reveal its transparency of being caught between the natural environment and its urban context.

Set up by previous perimeters derived from the guiding principles for the Fengxi New City Core Waterfront Masterplan, this library lies at the perimeter of urban development and the river’s edge. The design is uniquely adaptive to the conditions allowing for an inviting front facing entrance to allow for the masses of library goers while subtly integrating the design into terraced floorplans that expresses the integration of the contextual learning environment.

The site of the Golden Beach is located at the mouth of a small stream on the beach of the city Qinghuang Dao, a famous scenic city in Northern China. The design accommodates the various demands for this site, including wetland protection, bird watching, and the recreation use of the beach. The natural process of the tides, which creates interesting wetlands on the shallow beach, inspired the overall landscape design. A bird arboretum was also included in the program.

现今的图书馆在满足借读功能的同时更成 为城市人群交流和标志性建筑空间。六盘 水市中央图书馆的设计理念是将当地湿地 环境，新建社区，商业以及建筑本身和谐 的融合到一起。将湿地环境的的生态性引 入建筑的开放空间，满足功能的要求提供 舒适的交流空间，满足市民在功能上的多 元化需求。建筑应均衡的融合三方面的要 求，同时在实用，舒适和美观的前提下， 进而保证建筑设计成能可持续发展的中央 图书馆。 Taking cues from the dynamic geological form of the local landscape, the architectural form uses sliding plates to achieve fluid relation with the undulating layers of the landscape formations. Special moments occur as levels are cut to merge together and to create sweeps of slanting plates. The undulating form allows for a variagated facade and outlook towards the landscape from multiple directions. A series of spiralling paths (stairs/ ramps) ascend and connect different plates to create an architectural promenade around the perimeter of the building.

They are designed as a series of boxes, elevated so that there is minimum impact on the landscape, and designed for ease of construction. An elevated pathway links them with each other and to the clubhouse, which is located close to the water, and partially subterranean. The clubhouse holds many of the recreation programs such as spa, pool, and gym, as well as a conference hall, restaurants and tea houses on the upper floors.

A new park on the edge of the town of Zibo will be equipped with a botanical garden in its centre. A glass house is per definition a piece of nature, transported from a different climate, and thus in a constant need for climatised environment. Clouds are one of the main regulating elements for our climate. Zibo's cloud is composed of four layers of metal bars, spaced by one meter, which are supported by a 'forest' of thin columns. The system works as a light filter, as a source of water and humidity and as a general regulating mechanism for the Glass House.

Each form has a particular element consisting of water and/or agriculture. These forms can be arranged to compile a framework that reflects the wine museum user program. Together this new landform is an extension of space that coexists with agricultural production and thousands of years of wine making.

Breaking free from the city grid, the Visitors Centre is composed of three linear buildings in a ring formation, sitting on the natural terrain. Interior spaces are undulating, following the changing topography. The seemingly banal and simple barnhouse-like form provides a dynamic, animated and rich architectural experience, despite the transitory nature of the visit.

长白山游客服务中心旨在为游客提供园区 信息，同时也是一个可供游客休憩的地点。 我们在游客服务中心的选址、朝向等建筑 策略问题上，侧重考虑了其与园区的景观 特征的呼应。并且，它与周边的湖面、公 路的紧密联系使其更加富有亲切感。游客 中心正前方的湖面区域中心我们设计了一 处水帘景观，利用反射，雾气缭绕的水面 可以用于灯光艺术或作为水幕电影的屏幕。
The visitor centre serves to welcome visitors, provide information about the park, and as a refreshment stop. Our architectural strategy for the visitor centre’s location, massing and orientation are strategic responses to major elements in the park. It is also designed to operate on a more local and intimate scale through its integration with the surroundings such as the adjacent lake and the road system. Our proposal includes a light/ visual projection feature on the water body in front of the visitor center. A mist water screen on the water will show projections for light art events and film projections.

Shandong Juxian Cultural Center 坐落于一个传统的花园中，展览中心被设 计为一个现代风格的建筑群。依靠光与透 明度的魔术，穿过建筑群时可以欣赏到由 透明和不透明材质结合建成的房屋正面组 成的美妙节奏。向下弯曲的屋顶是对当地 传统建筑的呼应。 Set amongst a traditional garden, the exhibition centre is designed as a contemporary cluster. A play on light and transparency, this set of buildings sets up a rhythm of screened and transparent facades as one navigates through. The sweeping roof form is a nod to local traditional construction.

设计位于公园内一处被草坪和水体环绕的瞩目焦点。设计理念是完 整地考虑用户的体验，并以最大化景观的元素分配。被岛屿周边风 景所启发，设计成为了生态湾的完整延伸，有 180 度架空于水面， 围拢整个生态湾。这种环装的体型创造了富有趣味性的空间和功能 流线，使水面景观充分满足了访客的感官体验。 The location for this design is the focal point in the park surrounded by meadows and water. The idea was to integrate a user experience while maximizing the allotment for landscape elements. Inspired by the islands surroundings, the design became a full extension of the Eco-bay lifted up on a pilotis 180 degrees above water, essentially closing in on the bay. This circular geometry creates interesting spaces and functional circulation while allowing for an experience over the surface of the water.

The use of Wood materials is also a reference to Chinese architecture, as well as being a sustainable material, for a building of the 21stcentury.

地表的起伏构成了大地的肌理，曲折的地表使 有限空间的利用面积无限增加，有助于高效利 用土地 . “Hand in hand” 的概念旨在说明建 筑与公园的交叉关系，使公园的绿色渗入城市 的灰色，城市的灰色变为公园的绿色，有助于 高效利用优势资源。 建筑与公园穿插交融，使公园成为建筑的一部 分，建筑成为公园的配套设施，从而达到双赢 建筑的交错方式使有限空间的视觉效果放大， 交错的空间放大形成城市广场，增加慢行系统， 为人们的停留创造了可能，体验空间的品质为 城市风貌加分。 The undulation of the landscape makes the ground textured. The zigzag form largely increases the usable floor space, thus makes efficient use of the land. The concept of “hand in hand” describes the integration of the architecture and the park. By dissolving the grey of the city with the green of the park, resources are efficiently used. The integration of the architecture and the park makes the park part of the architecture, and the architecture a facility of the park, mutually benefiting each other. A new city square and a slow traffic network allow residents to enjoy their cityscape.

The main goal is to integrate key elements on the island. It is important while the new design takes in all positive factors from the existing planning and built condition. It ties together the building, landscape elements, connecting bridges, and the lily bay in a streamlined and well coordinated way. The architecture located at the focal point of the central parks needs to be integrated with the environment. A timeless landmark building should blend in with the environment rather than stand out from the natural environment and overwhelm the site.

设计与此地的历史相对呼应。位于新商业酒吧街 的核心是一个下沉式的庭院，在从前的煤库布 置了入口。新的餐厅和酒吧将围绕新广场而建。 向下延伸的台阶可以作为观景设计的室外剧场。 下沉式庭院中分布着柱子，沿着柱子上有一个 爬满葡萄藤的光构筑物，为下面的室外餐厅遮 阴。这个构筑物也是温室浮云概念的标志。

The design responds to the area’s rich history. Central to the new commercial bar street is a sunken court, which opens onto a former bunker. New restaurants and bars will line the new public square. The steps leading down can also act as a landscape terraced amphitheatre. Columns are dispersed in the sunken court. A light structure is placed upon them, as a support for growing grapes vines, creating shade for outdoor dining. It speaks the same language as the glass-house cloud.

Located at one of the key entrances to the park, this is the largest pavilion among the six. The design is composed as a series of bar buildings oriented towards the water, where all the programs are integrated into one efficient structure. Each bar consists of steps for roof access starting from the city end and observation decks with access at the river ends. Underneath the observation decks are a series of shaded resting places as well as commercial spaces.

这青年活动中心坐落于公园的西南部，同 属公园庭院系列之一。与其他节点相近， 设计概念是探索水平基准面（ 从指定的水 平面演变成抽象的横向建筑姿态）与周边 的公园景观形成了互相呼应。创造一个开 放空间， 让开放性的景观环境融入至建筑 内部。达到设计公园凉亭的真正精神，建 筑物需要同时计划出明确的功能布局，而 建筑单体必须设计成自由和解放的空间， 是一个有趣的停留地点。
The youth centre is situated at the southwestern end of the park’s pavilion series. The design explores the horizontal datums and its interaction / reaction with the surrounding park landscape, creating an open air, open landscape environment within the architecture. It needs to be designed as a free and liberating space, a place that is fun to be in.

Node 2 is also based on the concept of an elevated box, but with a waffle shaped main floor slab. The interior floor spaces at times “dip” down, touching and creating a connection to the landscape. At other times, the floor slab corrugates up, creating a cavity in between landscape and architecture. At other times, an overhang of semi-open space is created for people to enjoy.

节点 3 包含六个小荚，建筑物内部各环节 相辅相成。一些豆荚将设计成半开放式， 不需要一个完整的建筑围护结构；一些则 可能需要完全封闭。无论是功能还是外壳， 这些建筑的设计和采用的设备都满足自然 通风、采光的需求。从游客的角度来看， 同时也是从公园场馆的真正意义来讲，这 些设计打破了木制走道和公园沿路湿地的 单调，让游人可以停下来，看看四周，欣 赏一下美景。
Node 3 is a cluster of six small pod-like buildings with co-dependent programs. Some pods are to be semi-open not requiring a full building envelope. Others might need to be fully enclosed. Regardless of function and enclosure, they are designed to be naturally ventilated with devices that harness and articulate natural light. From a visitor’s perspective, and in the true spirit of park pavilions, these buildings interrupt the linearity of the wooden walkway and wetland along the park, providing a place for pausing, looking out and appreciating nature and the landscape.

The building form is a combination of pitched roof bridge with several faceted surfaces of program spaced within it. The experience of landscape will be enhanced by the way the bridge frames the stepping landscape and waterfalls. A series of stepped stone walls are inserted into the landscape on land and in the water accentuating the existing topography.

Given the subtropical climate of the region, the hotel complex is conceived as a breathing structure which will find special interactions with the environment. The building form is derived from the mythical bird, “phoenix”. 建设地点位于举世闻名的风景区湖南省张 家界武陵源黄龙洞的洞前广场，前有索溪 河背靠峭壁，因剧场的大部分功能被安排 在地坪以下，使得地上部分的体量减少， 以避免对风景区的视觉干扰。整体形态是 地层结构的剖面，呼应武陵山砂岩峰林核 心区周边山地的单斜地壳构造，原设计屋 顶撇向东侧主入口，一直到地面，主入口 连 通东部下沉水广场进入。整体效果融入 环境，与环境相得益彰。夜晚来临，层间 玻璃透出暖光，几片弯曲程度不同的岩石 飘在空中的感觉更加强烈。 This project is located in front of the cave plaza of Yellow Dragon Cave in Wuling River, Zhangjiajie, a world-famous scenic area of Hunan province. Most of the functions are arranged underground to avoid the disruption of views. The result is a sectional structural form, which responds to the crustal structure of the surrounding mountain of Wuling. The overall impact is a complement to its surroundings, and it coexists with the environment. When night comes, warm light penetrates through the glass, giving the appearance of bands of rock fluttering in the air.

Guizhou Liupanshui Calligraphy Museum
六盘水市书画院灵巧地建于贵州省六盘水 市明湖湿地公园西南侧山丘上。公园的慢 行系统和景观桥直接连接到建筑。玻璃外 墙允许访客体验场地周边，同时附上的半 透纹理结合场地和与周边环境互相融和。 加上灯光和阴影的配合让建筑在晚上变得 更加有趣。 The Calligraphy Museum is enviously positioned; sited adjacent to the city’s wetland park, and to its southwest are the natural hills and forests of Liupanshui. The park’s network of pedestrian walkways and bridges brings you directly to the museum. The museum‘s glass façade allows extensive views out to its surroundings. The fritting on the glass will create a dazzling play of light and shadow when lit in the nighttime.

New Campus Architect of Liaoning Administrators College of Police and Justice 规划设计旨在创造一个人与环境和谐相处 的大学校园，一个富有现代气息的大学校 园，一个体现地方文化、自身特点和环境 特色的大学校园，一个经济实用的大学校 园。设计遵循以下原则：设计遵从自然特点， 发于自然，融于自然。“化零为整”的相 对集中式建筑布局、院落式空间布局。建 筑为朝向东西，减小南北视线通廊上的 视 觉障碍。采用半覆土建筑形式，建筑与地 形的有机结合，建筑融于自然。架空建筑 形式，减小建筑对植被的破坏。
We sought to create a modern campus, in great harmony with man and nature. Reflecting the local culture, with its own environmental characteristics, it is both economical and practical. Overall, architectural distribution is relatively concentrated, adopting the courtyard layout. Buildings face east west, reducing visual barrier of the north-south view corridor. Half-covered in earth, buildings are organically integrated with the terrain. The buildings are on stilts to minimize disruption to existing plants.

Sitting at the edge of this urban wetland park, the office and amenities building is designed as part of an overall sky bridge network that travel across the site. Wood boards cover the faces, chosen as it is a natural and sustainable material. The ramp from the sky bridge merges to form the roof of the building.

强调生态基础设施规划的概念，设计在城 市肌理融入绿色空间。按照地形和场地状 况，设计定立清晰的模式为一个交通盒、 配两个公寓单位、和三个绿带包含季节河 道和走廊。这个方式对整体起来关键的作 用，为水源系统作出保护，提升城市生态 和环境情况，同时亦提供康体的活动空间。 To emphasize the concept of Ecological Infrastructure planning, we want to integrate the green spaces with the urban morphology. Base on the topography and site conditions we devised a structure with a central core, two residence neighborhoods, three belts which included the seasonal streams and corridors. These have significant importance in water resource protection, improve urban ecological and environmental conditions, and also offer the space for recreation.

Low Carbon Home: Brown Stone Apartment
阳台为公寓提供生态做工，从新设计改造 成生产性的菜园和芬园。苔藓覆盖石墙， 帮助平衡客厅室内温度。一个棚架系统让 爬藤植物在墙上生长，同时提供遮阳作用。 梯田式的花池收集水及供应灌溉。
The balconies provide ecological services for the home. They are redesigned and converted to a vegetable garden and a fragrance garden. The moss covered stone wall in the living room helps stabilize temperatures. A trellis system supports vines that grow on the wall and overhead for shade. There are terraced planters, collecting and storing water for irrigating and water features.
