it's good tsa....

Once said, Up to the mountain's cold, clean river flows with mist and clouds. Fragrant aroma floating as the mist was dispelled. This is what Taiwan tea is all about and what I’ve been taught by an intelligent elder.

On a boiling summer day, a tiny tea shop appeared in front of me with a soft light, woods table, elegant bamboo chairs and some tile of tea urns.

A shopkeeper asked, “May I help you? Are you looking for somthing as a gift, this young man”as soon as I open the door gently.” For myself, of course, I’m the only one who makes tea in my family,” I answered. The shokeeper seems shocked and keeps on asking in surprise. “How old are you, young man? What makes you start to do this?“ At this moment, he pulled out the chair beside and he sat on a fauteuil himself.

Picking up an iron pot to pour the water into an old teapot also heating up all the services, I saw little china cups brightening like jades and the coasters where in leaf shape and the surface were shining like silver. Time makes them look like a beauty and classical. The mats keep them clam with its soup color. We were surrounded by the beautiful phenomenon over the ages.

The first step to make the tea is cleaning tea leaf with boiling water, and also keeping the fragrant in the caps. The shopkeeper pouring the tea over the teapot, this is called pots feeding.

The more a teapot is used, the more beautiful it becomes. The pot is seasoned by repeatedly pouring tea over the surface again and again. Over time, the deposit left on the clay cups creates ceramic-glaze-like beautiful patina. The pure fragrance cleared my mind as he move out the cap.

The shopkeeper infused the water into the teapot but poured into a fair cup one minute later before he separated the tea into two cups. In a tea party, the order to pick the cups depends on guest’s age. Tea burned my lips as it punished me when I too rush to taste it. The shopkeeper teased on me and said “be gentle to the tea just like you treat a lady.

Not too rushing, or it won’t be charming to you, young man”. I learned this time, so I pick up the cup gently and tasted it carefully. Memory recalled like a storm as the tea flowed in my teeth and mouth.

As I put down the cup softly, the shopkeeper asked again the story between tea and me politely. I closed my eyes and thought for a while; and said “I’m Ken, a 22-year-old college student.

The story between me and tea started two years ago in a winter night. The wind blows into my clothes without any mercy. Tears cover my face as I walked on the street without any direction in my mind.

I entered my friend’s house as I picked up a phone call. He made me up a cup of warm tea. I can feel his kindness as I carried its heat in my both hands and take a sip.

With this cup of tea, I know that I’m not along when I was in need. And this is my first met with tea.

Shopkeeper keep in silence for a while and said “To compare life and tea, it can’t choose the one who make it up, and yet it’ll met some one who likes it. It doesn’t matter what happened in your pass, and yet you’ll still meet some one after all. People have different habit in tea as long as the tea haven’t rotten.

We have rejoiced in sunset. The tea shines with golden light creating the shadow of cups. Prides, I dried up the tea to feel it’s sweetness and warmness.

The boss of this store, who has keep silence for along time, have words to said : We all learned from mistakes. Come if you want. You can keep this place as home. Our children always stay aboard, so we start this store for allaying our depress. Come if you like.
