Certificate of power efficiency * * Due to the King Decree 235/2013 of 5th April, which will coming into effect on the first June 2013, a certificate of power efficiency has to be presented when it comes to a sale or renting of properties, the resulting label has to be specified in all offers and advertising efforts. Exceptions, amongst others, are dwellings less than 50 m2, those that are only used occasionally (so-called holiday homes) or those that are purchased for demolition or rehabilitation purposes.

Juni 2013 in Kraft tritt, ist bei Verkauf oder Vermietung von Gebäuden ein Zertifikat über die Energieeffizienz vorzulegen, sowie das sich daraus ergebende Etikett bei allen Angeboten und Werbemaßnahmen anzugeben.
