Shiatsu Massage (50 mins)
A traditional massage carried out on a floor mat, using a combination of stretching, applying pressure on shiatsu points with palms, fingers or thumbs. Using a holistic approach to stimulate the bodys own self healing power to correct imbalances and seek cures from within. Can help with a wide range of conditions from headaches, pms, digestive disorders, fatigue, infertility, stress and anxiety, muscular and joint pains. Light, comfortable clothing is advised.

After sweating in the Hamam, the Masseur attendant rubs your body with a special glove (made out of silk). this all the dead skin is removed, and your skin becomes smooth and soft. After this, body is foamed and washed, in order to cleanse it properly.
