Dear Friends, I often find myself feeling honored to be surrounded by remarkable women. They work with me at Kerrits. I ride horses with others. Some I travel and socialize with. Each one is a star in her own right. They amaze me with their talent, dedication and positive attitude. These friends of mine embody the spirit of Team Kerrits.

You may have met some of them at trade shows or horse events. Others are behind-the-scenes: ordering fabric, testing product, shipping boxes, talking to customers, training horses, mucking stalls and raising children—just to name a few of the things these women do!

When it was time to set up the photo shoot for this catalog, I decided to nab my riding pals, gather in my horses from their winter pastures and indulge us all in the gorgeous scenery here in Kerrits’ back yard—the Columbia River Gorge.

We’re very excited about our new Fall/Winter collection at Team Kerrits! We have fabulous new items, in addition to well-loved favorites, in warm Fall colors. This line offers “armor” against the elements with styles built to last and work in a variety of different weather conditions.

If you’re lucky enough not to live in cold weather, we have pieces for you too! Shirts like our Ventilators are perfect on their own in warmer temps or work great as a base layer in the colder climes. You can put together various pieces from this collection to work for you in the climate where you ride.

Our clothing for this season is easy to layer. Build your wardrobe like you would for your horse. If it’s cold out, you probably warm up with a quarter sheet, then take it off for your workout and add a cooler when you un-tack to keep your horse from catching a chill. We’ve created layers of clothing so you can do the same thing.

These core pieces provide a platform to build upon for protection from whatever the weather has in store for the day.
