Anticipated increases in supplyside activity, as indicated by improved vacant lot development, permit issuance and housing starts, should keep price appreciation at a steady level in 2020.
In Kerr County, home unit sales have grown from 2018 to 2019 in the following categories:
• From $400,000 to $500,000 — increased 29%
• From $500,000 to $750,000 — increased 38%
• From $750,000 to $1,000,000 — increased 15%
• Over $1,000,000 has remained steady.
What does this mean for you? It means we expect a steady stream of buyers in 2020, and they will be looking at everything on the market, including new construction, resale homes and lots.
In Comanche Trace alone, 35 homes were sold in 2019 — 90% of these involved a CENTURY 21 Agent!
Whether buying or selling, put your trust in the hands of the 90% team.
