Wow! I am so happy that you are here! This issue truly has some amazing content to help you transform your life, raise your vibrations, and, most of all, help you enjoy being you. In this issue, you will be meeting female entrepreneurs who are both feminine and fierce. What I like the best about their interviews is that their honesty just might be the permission you need to move forward on that project or business that you have been daydreaming about. They all had to step out of their comfort zones for the photoshoot and I think that helped their true beauty shine through. Some really juicy stuff here! The other articles in this issue will help you stand your ground, clear away old junk, take time for yourself, and inspire you to get creative. It doesn't get much better than that! I'll be honest and let you know that I started working on this issue right after my 40th birthday and it has inspired me to start boldly sharing my own gifts with the world. You will see ads for my own offerings and coaching throughout this issue and that has me so excited! Don't forget to do the worksheet at the end! It will help you tune into your own wisdom and show you how to start making your own dreams come true. Get comfortable and get ready to hang out with a bunch of new and inspiring friends. XO!

How can you encourage your partner to begin taking emotional responsibility? My partner is a busy guy who works all the time and as we are a one income family this encourages strong delineations (that fall along established gender roles) in our lives. While this is super practical in many ways, it has made my partner complacent about leaving the entirety of our family's emotional lives on my shoulders. We've spoken about this before, and he is willing to listen, but that listening rarely turns into any actions or behavior changes. I would love any insight you might have! Thanks! - Melody
Are you actually dealing with emotional responsibility? It could be that your relationship involves a lot of emotional dependency in the guise of emotional responsibility. Emotional dependency is when emotions are determined by outside factors i.e. your partner is angry and you feel anxious or rejected. Emotional responsibility is taking responsibility for your happiness and wellbeing and not relying on your partner to do so i.e. when your partner is angry you feel compassion. Our self-worth comes from how we treat ourselves and others and not how others treat us. With that in mind, are you taking on more than is appropriate regarding your family’s “emotional lives?” Is your husband taking responsibility for his emotional wellbeing? If you are feeling that you have to behave a certain way in order for your husband to feel happy and secure then, yes, he is putting an awful lot on your shoulders and none of it really belongs there. That is not your burden. The only emotional “lives” you can address outside of your own are your children’s. They are looking to you for guidance on how to be emotionally healthy so modeling emotional intelligence is key to developing their little selves. When your toddler is screaming and throwing a tantrum the emotionally responsible thing to do is tell your toddler that he/she is showing their anger. This gives a label to the feeling so they can communicate better without tantrums and it also demonstrates empathy and understanding (even if you are still going to say no to their demand). As for your husband, you have no say in how he chooses to handle his emotions, but you do have a say in your response to his choices. So what is an overwhelmed woman to do in a situation such as this? First you need to acknowledge what is your responsibility and what is not. The only thing you can truly control or change is yourself. To be emotionally healthy you have to have strong healthy boundaries. Boundaries have to be clear and consistent. If your husband is troubled, it is up to you to remember that you can have compassion and empathy, but you do not need to make him happy or feel anxious that this is somehow related to you. If you are feeling neglected emotionally it is not up to your husband to guess the problem, rather it is up to you to tell him what you need at that moment.
1. Check in With Your Own Feelings Often in relationships people become enmeshed in each other and cannot clearly tell what they are feeling apart from what their partner is feeling. You have to know how you feel before you know what you need and want from the relationship. 2. Recognize Boundary Violations Tune into your gut and see what it is telling you. Do you feel dread or unrest in your communication at certain times with your spouse? Do you feel an overwhelming sense of responsibility to fix things for your partner? Do you feel drained or deflated after certain interactions? These are all signs that you have not set clear boundaries. 3. Set Clear Boundaries Take the violations you have recognized and get to work on fixing your boundaries. An example of this is when couples become enmeshed when one is angry or upset. It is hard not to feel anxious sometimes when your spouse is upset. It is best to discuss the boundary first at a time when there is no tension to prepare your partner for the change in your interaction. Next you will have to be prepared to keep your boundary in the situation. If you find yourself feeling scared or anxious, acknowledge those feelings, then remind yourself that you are not the one who is in crisis and tap into the compassion you would feel for anyone who is discussing their distress. With practice it will become easier and more natural. The feelings of fear and anxiety will also start to dissipate with each interaction as you realize that your partner’s emotions do not belong to you. This process can be used in a number of situations where you have become responsible for your partner’s feelings, or even when you find you expect your partner to be responsible for your feelings. 4. Stay Focused Often when there is a change in the relationship dynamic there can be back lash. Your spouse may act worse than he has before. This is a fear reaction because change is scary. You may feel guilty for setting these new limits and causing such unrest in your family. Stay focused on the healthy step you are taking for you, your spouse, and your children. In the end, things will improve so do not lose sight of that. 5. Take care of yourself There is a fair amount of work involved but the rewards are very much worth it. While you are working so hard you have to make sure to recharge your batteries. Take time to meditate, do yoga, garden or whatever else helps you center yourself because you can’t do this healing work without a little reserve of energy. Remember that you are responsible for your own happiness. Once you take that power back you are one independent and fierce woman capable of doing what you choose and able to nurture your family in a healthy way. Knowledge of the chakra system within the body can be traced back to the ancient sacred Hindu text, the Vedas. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word "cakra" meaning wheel or circle. It is believed there are around 88,000 chakras in the subtle energy body, each one its own spinning body of light. General acceptance of a subtle energy system within the body provides us an important way to communicate with each other about unseen energies, present within each of us. In western culture, we are typically using the word chakra to refer to one of the seven major spiritual energy centers of the body. The chakras are referred to as crown (sahaswara), third eye (ajna), throat (vishuddha), heart (anahata), solar plexus (manipura), sacral (svadhisthana), and root (muladhara). Trying to understand just one of the many chakra systems might lead to years of in-depth esoteric studies and practices that create a journey or pathway to becoming a more selfaware and conscious being. Or it might simply be a way to focus your meditations on various points of energy within the body. (See next page for longer descriptions) Meditating on the energy centers and having a general understanding of what might suggest balance or imbalance in one of these areas can be helpful guidance to regulating your physical system. Chakras may be referred to as having deficient or excessive energies or existing in a balanced state. Color therapy, light, gemstones, sound, homeopathy, acupuncture, reiki, aromatherapy, qi gong, yoga practice, meditation, and nutrition are some of the modalities most often used to balance the energy of a chakra. While these are not all traditional prescriptions from the Vedic texts, they are all modalities that are capable of working on subtle energy systems within the body. Most recently I became interested in how sound could be used as a remedy to bring the body into a balanced state. Sound began to interest me because I was looking for a way to help my clients in a cost effective manner.
I have found that the simplest most ancient technologies are the ones that create the deepest healing within the body. Because each chakra has been associated with a specific drone note in the musical scale I reasoned (as many others have too) that producing these notes in the proper way could help bring balance and harmony to the whole body. The more I studied ancient sound healing techniques, cymatics, rife frequencies, and quantum reflex analysis, the more it became apparent that sound could be just as effective as any other method. Nicola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” Sound has all three of these components, right? I posted a message online that I was looking for someone to help me create a meditation CD and promptly received a message from a musician saying that he was interested in helping with the project. I explained that I was interested in creating a meditation CD with some specific frequencies. Paul listened carefully and within three days had produced something greater than I could have imagined. Each track contained the specific notes and frequencies that correlate to each chakra. They were each approximately ten minutes long which gave ample time for the frequencies to “work." We named them the Chakra Sound Meditations. I began experimenting with it in my office and found that it provided a calming effect on both me and my clients. It became only a matter of seconds before someone would slip into a meditative state during a reiki session. I had so much success with the chakra sound mediations that I stopped using any other music in my office. Since then, I have played the meditations hundreds of times. My only proof that they can create a positive shift in a person’s subtle energy field is from my own personal experience. We have made them available free of charge so you can decide for yourself. Business: Bleu Gardens www.bleugardens.com Location: Phoenix, AZ How did your passion for your business develop and how do you sustain your passion? I started my business by making flower-clips for my hair and before I knew it I was adorning my friends and family, until Etsy was just the natural next step. Sometimes it can be hard to enjoy how far you have come when there are always new goals to set. How do you enjoy the present moment in your business and also celebrate reaching goals?
I really enjoy working with my patrons and since we're always collaborating on custom designs that keeps it fresh + fun. I love getting their pics wearing the crowns or finding them a hard to acquire smudge stick or cleansing herb they have their heart set on. So I definitely get lots of satisfaction from the experience my customers have, which allows me to stay within my gratitude and enjoy the present successes + the good vibes. There are so many women at different stages of their business. What advice would you give to someone who aspires to be where you are now? Firstly, I would say to stay true to your own creative process and truly understand that your journey, your path, your
business isn't going to look like the next one + that is a beautiful truth not something to fear. Second, I would say please do not be afraid of your own greatness. Not learning this early can and will hold you back more than anything else you will encounter as an entrepreneur. Belief In yourself takes you everywhere while fearing your own greatness is not only karmically bad for yourself, it's robbing this world of your gifts. Not cool. Next, remain passionate by staying focused on the reason you're doing your work. Lastly, I think it's sound advice to regularly yet lovingly critique + improve upon the experience you provide the buyer with. Go through their experience with a fine tooth comb + make it better in every way you can. Your business will thank you. How did this photoshoot make you feel? The photoshoot made me feel really connected to and proud of
my womanhood + my choice to be a creative business owner. Being around all of the other owners was really a treat because we share a very similar path that not everyone can relate to and somethings very comforting about being around women who just 'get it'. I loved it! What are your favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce? My favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce... Dancing my heart out, performing various rituals, making love, spending time in nature, cooking a healthy meal, caring for my family, running my business, healing my own wounds, choosing kind words, calming someone who is upset, staying inspired, inspiring others... I'm really proud to say that my whole life is a practice of fierce femininity + I feel like this is true for most women. I'm sure you've already thought of a few, yourself :)
Businesses: Bright World Book Club LLC brightworldbookclub.com Spiff Up Your Space! www.spiffupyourspace.com Location: Phoenix, AZ How did your passion for your business develop and how do you sustain your passion? My passion for Bright World Book Club was born from a longtime love of words, story and language. I’ve been an innovative educator for 20 years, with 10 years prior experience in corporate marketing and communications. In 2006, I decided to seize an opportunity to combine the things I love and live with passion and purpose. Having meaningful work and living where my talents lie has always been important to me, so I created a place where kids could come together to read and discuss great literature. I want children to know that the world needs their voices. Great literature lets kids know that their strength lies in being their authentic selves. Every day I want to nurture and inspire a love of reading, writing, listening and speaking, - strengths kids
build with practice. Children can learn to be fully present listeners. It is something we practice wholeheartedly in Book Club. Reading with children creates unforgettable moments – those moments when you could hear a pin drop in the room because they are so engaged and swept up in a tender or suspenseful moment. Children absorb so much from welldeveloped characters and they watch them change, grow, shift their thinking, face challenges and triumph in the end. Also, great excitement is generated on the day the kids sharpen their culinary skills. I select a food highlighted in the literature and teach a hands-on, instructional cooking class to top off a terrific month of reading and discussion. This wonderful work fosters community building and leadership skills in children and we celebrate with every book we read. Sometimes it can be hard to enjoy how far you have come when there are always new goals to set. How do you enjoy the present moment in your business and also celebrate reaching goals? Teaching children is filled with wonderful surprises. Kids are spontaneous, insightful and so very often, deep thinkers. This always keeps me in the present moment and I love every
minute we’re together. Gratitude keeps me focused on what’s important. When I see confidence in action, children fully present to each other, when I witness peer-to-peer discussions, hear insightful comments, and see improved speaking skills infused with enthusiasm, these are daily celebrations! My goals are always to bring out the best in my readers, to model resourceful, independent, thinking and to continue to grow my business to reach as many beautiful little beings as possible. I especially love networking in my Arcadia community and supporting local, small businesses. There are so many women at different stages of their business. What advice would you give to someone who aspires to be where you are now? I am constantly learning and making mistakes and course correcting! My suggestion is to live as though your business dream has already come true and continue to believe that it is thriving. I learned I had to align my thinking to my desires to bring about results. Starting a business is a creative endeavor, so spend the time and savor the creative process. Write and write and write to unveil your great ideas. My beloved creative writing professor at ASU always said, “We don’t know what we know until we see what we say.” Write down names of people you know and admire who are in different fields who could act as your advisory board and have them all over for a fun, interactive dinner a few times a year. Ask for help! Then be a sounding board for someone else who is starting a business. Help them. Promote them. Sign up for daily inspiration to keep your energy level high. Be able to clearly articulate your passion and purpose and then get out there and tell the world all about it. If you are an introvert, find someone who can be your megaphone.
The nature of my business is largely dependent on word-ofmouth referrals and endorsements. I am grateful every day for all the parents who put their faith in me, and value this experience for their children. How did this photoshoot make you feel? In the company of Kerry Burki and the amazing, positive, uplifting women I met, I felt beautiful, fully alive and energized! It was truly a special day of acknowledgement and appreciation for years of joyful work. Kerry created a space where we could nurture and honor each other. Women supporting women in the most amazing ways! Our marvelous make-up artist and talented photographer put us all completely at ease. It was such fun to be playful in front of the camera. At the end of the day, my cup runneth over. Thank you to Kerry and everyone for the gift of a fabulous day. Infinite possibilities are in store for all of us. What are your favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce? I love to wear dresses and heels and look professional. It’s a way to more fully step into my feminine power and communicate that I value excellence in my business. I’m also a hopeful romantic, so I love to surround myself with design ideas, candles, linen and lace, poetry, soulful music and nonfiction books. Getting together often for Girls’ Night Out or creative projects is very fulfilling. My friends and I recently updated our vision boards. Dating a really kind, thoughtful guy makes me feel feminine, too. And as for fierce…..well, if I could be a super hero, I would be Captain Enthusiasm! Genuine, loving enthusiasm can be a bridge builder.
Business: The Courage To Shift thecouragetoshift.com Location: Chandler, Arizona How did your passion for your business develop and how do you sustain your passion? In 2003, I watched The Starting Over House, an Iyanla Vanzant reality show. It featured six women that desired an opportunity to overcome obstacles and meet personal goals with the help of a Life Coach. I was fascinated as I watched these women leave their victim mentality behind and take control of their lives. Watching their process of empowerment also empowered me! Sometimes it can be hard to enjoy how far you have come when there are always new goals to set. How do you enjoy the present moment in your business and also celebrate reaching goals? I celebrate by going off the grid and making the time to do things I want to do with people I enjoy. It is an opportunity mentally recharge and prepare for the next step.
There are so many women at different stages of their business. What advice would you give to someone who aspires to be where you are now? Don’t wait until life beats the hell out of you to start pursuing your dreams. You will have more energy when you don’t have to worry about outside influences (like a full time job, school, family, etc) and can focus 100% on creating your vision. Work smarter, not harder and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Take every opportunity to network that you can, and develop a support group. How did this photoshoot make you feel? I was extremely happy, very relaxed and felt beautiful for the first time in my life! I was also re-energized simply by being in the presence of other entrepreneurs! We become like those we hang around the most so I try to spend as much time as I can around others who are either headed in the same direction, or are already where I want to be. I am surprised I didn’t spontaneously combust simply be being in the presence of so many magnificent women at the same time!
What are your favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce? As a result of this photoshoot I began wearing both dresses and makeup on a regular basis. That took care of the feminine part, and I was already fierce!
Business: Zenned Out zennedout.com Location: Tempe, AZ How did your passion for your business develop and how do you sustain your passion? Zenned Out initially started from a desire to create. I was a public school art teacher at the time and wanted a creative outlet. At the request of others I started selling my pieces. I quickly realized I could really make something out of it and that it could serve a vehicle to share my passion for handmade and I stopped teaching shortly after and fully committed myself to growing Zenned Out and started absorbing information about running a business like a sponge! I make time for being a lifelong learner to sustain passion in my business. One way I do this is by attending a conference called Craftcation every year. It’s a great blend of craft classes and business classes for handmade sellers and is the perfect way to get my out of my head and excited about new ways to run my business. I also take a lot of online classes too, this helps me from stagnating in my biz and constantly trying new things.
Sometimes it can be hard to enjoy how far you have come when there are always new goals to set. How do you enjoy the present moment in your business and also celebrate reaching goals? This question makes me laugh, because I don’t want to answer it, but I know Kerry wants me to! This is a hard one for me, and something that I have to work on daily. I’m a very goal oriented person, I always have a new goal I’m working to achieve, and I have a tendency to have pretty high expectations for myself. The best way for my to be in the present moment with my business is to practice gratitude. When I get frustrated with where I’m at or if things aren’t going the way I want I might add a note to my gratitude box on my altar, write a gratitude list on my phone, or simply take a quiet moment to think of all of the things I am grateful for in by business at this moment. This practice gives me immediate perspective and helps me be more present and grateful. I’m not the best at celebrating reaching my goals, but it’s something I’m working on. I recently heard a talk by Tara Gentile (a favorite lady boss of mine!) and she was talking about how important it is to celebrate “reaching goals” even if the end result doesn’t look the way we thought it would, which is usually the case in the entrepreneur’s world. I love this idea! Because I’m not the best at celebrating goals for myself I have started to build in more celebrations with my team when we accomplish goals. We’re currently in the middle of a large order that will take us several months to complete, every milestone we hit I’m sure to recognize it with a little work celebration that usually involves pizza and gluten-free cupcakes! There are so many women at different stages of their business. What advice would you give to someone who aspires to be where you are now? Get started today, right now! I meet so many aspiring entrepreneurs that are waiting for everything to be “perfect” before they start. It will never be perfect and the sooner you jump into it sooner you’ll start learning and getting feedback from people.
How did this photoshoot make you feel? I loved the opportunity to be surrounded and lifted up by so many other female entrepreneurs. Running your own business can be isolating at times, so it was great to feel so much support, energy, and power from all of the other woman at the shoot. Being surrounded by them made me feel empowered to keep doing what I'm doing even when it's difficult. What are your favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce? I feel feminine and fierce when I'm being a leader at work. My team grew slowly, and it took me a while to embrace being "in charge". At first it felt very uncomfortable. When I really stepped into the role of being the leader it felt so empowering and made me proud to be a woman. I've always considered my self a fierce feminist, but being a leader for my business truly makes me feel feminine and fierce.
Sometimes it can be hard to enjoy how far you have come when there are always new goals to set. How do you enjoy the present moment in your business and also celebrate reaching goals? I am very humbled by my friends and family, near and distant who have supported me and have promoted my business and my talent. I celebrate every time someone sits in my chair. I get to watch a new sense of confidence come to life after a woman (or man) gets their makeup done. It is very gratifying to know that you can help bring that out in someone. There are so many women at different stages of their business. What advice would you give to someone who aspires to be where you are now? I sat in my comfort zone for years. Working the same job day in and day out. I always day dreamed and fantasized about quitting my job and doing something that I loved. The reality was, it scared me the heck out of me! My aspirations scared me because they were BIG and they would change my life as I knew it. Quitting my job scared the heck out of me, having six kids scared the heck out of me, starting my own business scared the heck out of me. But now, I’ve learned that the best things I have done in my life have scared the shit out of me. My advice is to get out of your comfort zone, be afraid and do it anyway, and if your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough! How did this photo shoot make you feel?

The photoshoot made me feel connected to a network of strong women and it was so powerful. It made me feel accepted, understood, and inspired.
How did your business get started?
What are your favorite ways to feel feminine and fierce?
I began collecting makeup over three years ago. I was captivated by makeup tutorials on YouTube and spend hours on hours watching, learning about products, and makeup application techniques. I practiced on myself and practically every woman that stepped foot in my house. In September 2016, our family of 4 became 8 when we adopted four amazing boys! I decided I was going to quit my customer service desk job of 10 years and stay home with my kids and take care of my home. Once I was home I got bored pretty quickly so I decided to start taking makeup clients. I made a investment in more makeup to match different skin tones and within a few weeks of putting my cards and name out there I had inquiries and a few appointments booked!
I live in a house with 7 boys. My husband being the biggest child of them all. Ha! Finding ways to feel feminine is a must. Oddly, spending time with the boys, working in the yard, getting sweaty, and dirty and jumping in the pool afterwards is one of my favorite ways to show these boys that women can be strong and get their hands dirty too! I also enjoy getting dressed up and having a night out with my sisters and friends! I love to dance!

The He(Art) of Personal Practice by Isabelle Savignac
I am convinced that deep within each of us lies an inner wisdom that contains our most fundamental truths. And that the path towards these inner revelations lies in the essence of the questions that rest deep inside our hearts, pulsating with the rhythm of our heartbeat, like an invitation to come back home. In order to access this inner guidance, I find it necessary to first sit with myself, listening. To allow and create the necessary space for the whispers of the soul to rise, as they often lie underneath all the busy-ness of life and chatter of the mind. We are being pulled in so many directions. For us to show up as the best that we are, to share the gold that lies within, we must take the time to ground ourselves in our inner truth, to connect with this spaciousness inside where all the answers lie. How do we find the way inside? How do we make space to check in with ourselves, to develop this inner relationship and deep trust in our own inner compass? Over the years, I have developed my own daily personal practices which keep me grounded and connected. I am sharing some of them here, knowing and trusting that you will find your own rhythm towards connecting with yourself. Please know that there is no wrong or right way: there is only what resonates with you, in this moment in your life. Personal practice is a living, breathing process, which we keep vibrant with the intention we bring into it, and the regularity of showing up. It demands a certain discipline, not in order to restrict and constrain, but in order to establish a strong container that holds us, a safe harbor amidst the various experiences we will meet during the day.
It is a way of honoring yourself, every day. Of valuing yourself enough to take this moment for you, no matter what the outside circumstances may be.
It starts with Intention:
An important part of my personal practice is to set the intention energetically by first lighting a candle and burning some sage. Other ways could be making yourself a cup of tea, putting a shawl over your shoulders, taking 3 deep breaths, or anything that signals to your mind that this is the beginning of your sacred space and time.
Meditation:
Although I have been practicing yoga for many years, I had resisted sitting in meditation until last Fall, when the inner and outer turmoils were so intense that I needed to find a way towards the eye of the storm, where everything stands in stillness. There are various forms of meditations available: sitting, walking, loving-kindness, silent, with music, guided‌. you may want to search online or read books on the subject. The key is to give yourself the permission to experiment. To (literally) sit with the practice and try it for a few weeks. What works for you? How can you perhaps modify or adapt it to your own needs? In the past few years, many apps have been created, some of them available for free. I discovered the Insight Timer app a few months ago, and it has been my goto app ever since. It’s a bit like having access to a menu of delicious, varied meditations that I can choose from, depending on what I need on any given days.
Yoga, Tai-Chi, Qoya – or any body movement meditation practices:
We are embodied beings, and a way to honor and develop a kind and loving relationship with our body is to take time every day to inhabit it fully by mindfully bringing our attention to every part of it, without judgment. There is a wisdom that lies inside our every cell, messages contained into our very flesh and bone. Can we breathe into the tightness, bringing our loving attention to it? Can we let the pure joy of movement overtake us? Can we expand our muscles, stretch our bones, breathe into every part of us? Yoga is a gateway to bliss, to breath, to the pulsating expansion that we are, and I experience it like a body-prayer. Tai-Chi can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and is often referred to as meditation in motion.
Qoya is a beautiful movement system that acts as a gateway to our inner wisdom and wild self. How about opening up to explore one of these practices, or any other body movement practice such as Qi-Gong, Trance Dance, or anything else that sounds deeply nourishing to you?
Journaling and poetry writing:Â
Some of my friends write a Haiku every morning upon waking. Others write Morning pages, which consist of writing three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing which was created by Julie Cameron. Another option is to keep a dream journal, or simply to take a moment every morning as you rise to write your thoughts, which can bring so much light to your inner wisdom and, perhaps more importantly, can create the necessary space in your mind for your creative ideas to bloom.
SoulCollageÂŽ, Tarot and Oracle cards reading:
Every morning, I sit at my altar after my yoga and meditation practice, and pull at least two cards from either my SoulCollageÂŽ deck or one of my Tarot or
Oracle card decks, either asking a specific questions, or just witnessing which cards want to guide me for the day. Letting their energy and messages arise, I take in the imagery and personal meaning, and sometimes journal about my impressions. It is a bit like giving yourself a mini-reading every day. I also take a picture and will sometimes look at it during the day, staying present with open inquiry of what kind of meaning they hold for me at this moment in my journey. I find it very interesting that, after a while, one can see patterns rising, some cards showing up more than others. It is my hope that some of these will resonate with you and encourage you create a space to develop your own personal practice with what resonates for you. It does not need to be a long and complicated process, just 5 minutes a day is enough to completely alter your perspective and ground yourself firmly in your own rich, vibrant being. And soon, it may become your place of solace, where you come back to again and again, to be in the full presence of one of the most important people in your life: you.
final thoughts Wow! I hope you are feeling inspired, excited, and that all things are possible. I originally created this magazine to show all women as beautiful. It has gone above and beyond that mission. Use this issue as a catalyst to tap into the feminine and fierce sides of yourself to start creating a life you love madly. The worksheet on the next page is to help you get some thoughts or ideas out of your head and onto paper plus create some actionable steps towards your dreams. Remember to print out the last page and hang it as a reminder to embrace being you.
If you want to go deeper, I recommend that checking out the offerings on my site. I combine yoga, life coaching, astrology, and intuitive counseling to help create shifts and breakthroughs that your heart and soul are craving. If you know that you desire a new way of living life, that it is time to release old habits, that you want to get clear on your dreams and desires then I encourage you to get in touch.
