2 oz Hennessy VSOP
1 oz Espresso
0.75 oz Rare Tea Cellar Bourbon Vanilla infused Demerara syrup
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with fresh ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
2. Top with vanilla bean heavy whipping cream marbles with cinnamon and activated charcoal.
3. Garnish with edible gold leaf.

MAGICAL MORNING ELIXIR

3 oz Coconut water
1 cup Ghoulish-greens (aka fresh spinach)
1 Baby ghost (aka 1/2 of a banana)
1 Apple-bottom witch fruit (aka Bartlett pear)
3 Thin slices root of ginger
6 Eye of tropics (aka frozen pineapple or mango chunks) Squeeze of killer bee honey
1. Pour coconut water into caldron (blender).
2. Add ghoulish-greens, baby ghost, sliced apple-bottom witch fruit, fresh root of ginger, eye of tropics. Top with a swirl of killer bee honey.
3. Use your wand (or best modern-day technology) to start caldron and… Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and caldron bubble!
4. Once to the consistency of your liking, pour into chalice of choice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
5. For an evening adult-only treat, experiment by adding ice and your preferred spirit to the caldron!
A great way to kick off Halloween morning for the entire family (except for those too young and pure for killer bee honey…usually not for those under the age of 2)!

2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave
2 Red Jalapeno Peppers
2 drops Red food coloring
2 tb Tajin
6 drops Red Food Coloring
1 Lime rind to rim glass
1. Pour the Tajin on a plate and add red food coloring - mix with a fork
2. Rim your glass and dip edges in the red tajin
3. Add ice to your cocktail shaker and add tequila, triple sec, lime juice & agave & food coloringshake well
4. Strain and pour into glass
5. Make a slice in the bottom of each red pepper a place on either side of the glass - make the peppers face out to look like horns!

Strawberry simple syrup
1. Line the bottom & rim of glass with strawberry simple syrup.
2. Muddle the basil leaves in a shaker.
3. Add the Limoncello, vodka, and ice to the shaker.
4. Shake thoroughly and pour into your glass.
5. Top with lime Whipshots, drizzle with strawberry simple syrup, and garnish with a basil leaf.
