Hard Rock Cafe contest during the Spring and Summer months centered around increasing both souvenir beverage sales and spotlight cocktail sales.

• Each week 8 winners will be drawn (4 bartenders & 4 servers)

• Top 50 bartenders/top 100 servers – will be entered into the drawing

• Souvenir percent conversion: Total number of souvenir beverages divided by all beverages.

Having two categories to win from, means servers & bartenders can have two chances to win each week should they be in the drawing pot.

Suggestively sell souvenir spotlight cocktails to every Guest! This way you are getting credit in both categories.
