Add numbers to identify, and to order the questions;! Report Category: was “category” before, if cannot restrict the answer format, it is only for report purpose, so using “report category” for now! Click on the question description to edit the question – question content and answer options! Proposal to remove the master – detail view: consider the experience for having more than 15 questions for master-detail view will break the user experience, and the detail view cannot be added, so UX propose to hide the detail and just provide the answer options in the question editor! 5. Increase the spaces of showing the questions description (2 lines height and increase the width), and provide the link for the description to edit the questions!

For multi-selections or open questions, there should not be direct to option! Direct to by default shows the next question (with number and question), if the order of question changes, the default should update to the next one! Users can click on the direct to drop down to select questions (which are after the current question)! In the direct to dropdown, users can also select new question to create a new question, this new question will be ordered at the end of the question list, unless user wants to move it!
